Claims (3)
- 腹腔鏡下手術で使用する送気および排煙システムであって、
a)送気源を備え、
b)前記システムのなかで加圧ガスを循環させるポンプを備え、前記ポンプは、供給側と、吸引側とを有し、
c)内側ボウル領域を画定する近位ハウジングを有する三重管腔カニューレを備え、前記近位ハウジングは、送気供給ラインによって前記送気源と連通し、加圧ガス供給ラインによって前記ポンプと連通し、
d)真空ラインによって前記ポンプの前記吸引側と連通した第2のカニューレを備え、連通ラインが、前記三重管腔カニューレの前記内側ボウル領域と前記真空ラインとの間に延びている、
システム。 - 請求項1記載の送気および排煙システムにおいて、更に、前記ポンプと並列に連通したバイパス弁を備える、システム。
- 請求項1記載の送気および排煙システムにおいて、更に、前記真空ラインと機能的に連結したフィルタ装置を備える、システム。
