Abstract
Description
本発明の課題は、以上において言及した課題に制限されず、言及されていないまた他の課題は、下記の記載から当業者に明確に理解され得るだろう。
以下、図1a及び図1bを参照して、本明細書の一実施例に係る表示装置100を説明する。
電界発光素子は、アノード上に配置され得る。電界発光素子は、発光層を含むように構成される。電界発光素子は、単層または複層であってよく、電界発光素子の性能向上のために、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、及び電子輸送層の少なくとも一つをさらに含むように構成され得る。但し、これに制限されない。発光層は、発光される光の波長によってサブ画素別に異なるホストまたはドーパント物質を含むことができる。但し、これに制限されない。
Claims (20)
- 金属基板と、
前記金属基板上に位置し、第1コンタクトホール及び前記第1コンタクトホールの周辺の基底電圧パッドを含む電界発光表示パネルと、
前記電界発光表示パネル上に位置し、前記基底電圧パッドの上面の少なくとも一部を露出させる第2コンタクトホールを含む第1接着部材と、
前記第1コンタクトホールと前記第2コンタクトホールの内部に充填され、前記金属基板と前記基底電圧パッドを電気的に連結させる導電性充填材とを含む、表示装置。 - 前記第2コンタクトホールの面積は、前記第1コンタクトホールの面積よりさらに広い、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記基底電圧パッドは、前記電界発光表示パネルのカソードと電気的に連結された、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記電界発光表示パネルと電気的に連結され、前記金属基板と電気的に連結された印刷回路基板をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記電界発光表示パネルと前記金属基板との間に配置され、前記第1コンタクトホールを含むバックプレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記電界発光表示パネル上に配置され、前記基底電圧パッドの少なくとも一部が露出されるように構成された偏光板をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1接着部材上に配置され、前記第1コンタクトホール及び前記第2コンタクトホールを覆うように構成されたカバー部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記カバー部材の背面に配置され、前記第1コンタクトホール及び前記第2コンタクトホールを遮光するように構成された遮光層をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記電界発光表示パネル上に配置され、前記第2コンタクトホールを含むタッチパネルをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記タッチパネルと前記電界発光表示パネルとの間に配置され、前記第2コンタクトホールを含む第2接着部材をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 前記電界発光表示パネル上に配置され、前記第2コンタクトホールを含む光制御フィルムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光制御フィルムと前記電界発光表示パネルとの間に配置され、前記第2コンタクトホールを含む第3接着部材をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1コンタクトホールは、レーザで形成された、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2コンタクトホールは、レーザで形成された、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 複数の画素が配列され、カソードが形成された表示領域、前記表示領域の周辺に位置し、前記カソードと電気的に連結された基底電圧パッドが形成された周辺領域、及び前記基底電圧パッドと隣接し、前記複数の画素が形成された基板を貫通する第1コンタクトホールを含む電界発光表示パネルと
前記電界発光表示パネルの背面に配置され、前記第1コンタクトホール及び前記基底電圧パッドの上面の一部を覆う導電性充填材と接触する金属基板とを含む、表示装置。 - 前記電界発光表示パネル上に配置され、前記第1コンタクトホールを覆うカバー部材をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の表示装置。
- 前記電界発光表示パネル及び前記カバー部材の間には、偏光板、タッチパネル、光制御フィルムの少なくとも一つがさらに配置され、
前記配置された少なくとも一つの構成要素は、前記第1コンタクトホールと対応し、前記基底電圧パッドの上面の少なくとも一部を露出するように構成された第2コンタクトホールを含むように構成された、請求項16に記載の表示装置。 - 前記配置された少なくとも一つの構成要素の上面及び背面の少なくとも一つの面には、対応する接着部材が配置されるように構成された、請求項17に記載の表示装置。
- 前記接着部材は、前記第2コンタクトホールを含むように構成された、請求項18に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1コンタクトホールは、前記周辺領域に複数個配置された、請求項15に記載の表示装置。
