Claims (12)
- 生体物質を噴射するための噴射ノズル及び前記噴射ノズルから噴射された生体物質を光硬化させるための光を発光する光源を含むディスペンサーを備えるバイオ3Dプリンターで前記噴射ノズルから噴射された生体物質の光硬化の際に前記噴射ノズル及び前記ディスペンサー内部の生体物質の光硬化を防止するための装置であって、
回転力を提供するための回転駆動部と、
前記回転駆動部から回転力を受け、前記噴射ノズルを遮らない第1位置と少なくとも前記噴射ノズルを遮る第2位置との間を往復移動するように構成されたシャッター部材と、
前記噴射ノズル、前記光源、及び前記回転駆動部を制御する制御部と
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記光源から光が発光されないときには、前記シャッター部材が前記第1位置または前記第2位置に位置するように前記回転駆動部を制御し、
前記噴射ノズルから前記生体物質を噴射するときには、前記シャッター部材が前記第1位置に位置するように前記回転駆動部を制御し、
前記噴射ノズルから前記生体物質を噴射せず、前記光源から光が発光されるときには、前記シャッター部材が前記第2位置に位置するように前記回転駆動部を制御する、
噴射ノズル及びディスペンサー内部の生体物質の光硬化防止装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記回転駆動部から回転力を受けて回転するシャッター回転軸をさらに備え、
前記シャッター部材は、第1側が前記シャッター回転軸に結合され、前記シャッター回転軸の回転によって前記第1側を中心に前記第1側の反対側である第2側が回転することで前記第1位置と前記第2位置との間を回転往復移動する、
噴射ノズル及びディスペンサー内部の生体物質の光硬化防止装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記回転駆動部から回転力を受けて併進運動するシャッター移動軸をさらに備え、
前記シャッター部材は、前記シャッター移動軸に結合され、前記シャッター移動軸の移動によって少なくとも一部が前記第1位置と前記第2位置との間を直線往復移動する、
噴射ノズル及びディスペンサー内部の生体物質の光硬化防止装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記シャッター部材は、前記回転駆動部から回転力を受けて絞り形状で回転し、少なくとも一部が前記第1位置と前記第2位置との間を回転往復移動する、
噴射ノズル及びディスペンサー内部の生体物質の光硬化防止装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか一項において、
前記制御部が前記回転駆動部を制御して前記シャッター部材を前記第2位置に移動する際に、前記シャッター部材が前記第2位置を超えて移動できないように制限するシャッター移動制限部をさらに備える、
噴射ノズル及びディスペンサー内部の生体物質の光硬化防止装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか一項において、
前記制御部は、前記シャッター部材が前記第2位置に位置するときに光を発光し、前記シャッター部材が前記第1位置に位置するときには光を発光しないように前記光源を制御する、
噴射ノズル及びディスペンサー内部の生体物質の光硬化防止装置。 - 生体物質を噴射するための噴射ノズルと、
前記噴射ノズルから噴射された生体物質を光硬化させるための光を発光する光源と、
回転力を提供するための回転駆動部と、
前記回転駆動部から回転力を受けて前記噴射ノズルを遮らない第1位置と少なくとも前記噴射ノズルを遮る第2位置との間を往復移動するシャッター部材と、
前記噴射ノズル、前記光源、及び前記回転駆動部を制御する制御部と
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記光源から光が発光されないときには、前記シャッター部材が前記第1位置または前記第2位置に位置するように前記回転駆動部を制御し、
前記噴射ノズルから前記生体物質を噴射するときには、前記シャッター部材が前記第1位置に位置するように前記回転駆動部を制御し、
前記噴射ノズルから前記生体物質を噴射せず、前記光源から光が発光されるときには、前記シャッター部材が前記第2位置に位置するように前記回転駆動部を制御する、
バイオ3Dプリンター。 - 請求項7において、
前記回転駆動部から回転力を受けて回転するシャッター回転軸をさらに備え、
前記シャッター部材は、第1側が前記シャッター回転軸に結合され、前記シャッター回転軸の回転によって前記第1側を中心に前記第1側の反対側である第2側が回転することで前記第1位置と前記第2位置との間を回転往復移動する、
バイオ3Dプリンター。 - 請求項7において、
前記回転駆動部から回転力を受けて併進運動するシャッター移動軸をさらに備え、

前記制御部は、前記シャッター部材が前記第2位置に位置するときに光を発光し、前記シャッター部材が前記第1位置に位置するときには光を発光しないように前記光源を制御する、
