Claims (8)
- モータと、
前記モータと電気的に接続されるインバータ基板と、
前記モータおよび前記インバータ基板を収容するハウジングと、
前記モータの動力により駆動されるポンプ部と、を備え、
前記モータは、
中心軸に沿って延びるシャフトを有するロータと、
前記ロータと径方向に対向するステータと、を有し、
前記インバータ基板は、前記モータの軸方向一方側に配置され、
前記ポンプ部は、前記モータの軸方向他方側に配置され、
前記ハウジングは、
前記モータを収容するモータハウジング部と、
前記インバータ基板を収容するインバータハウジング部と、
前記ハウジングの内部と外部とを連通するブリーザ部と、を有し、
前記モータハウジング部は、
前記モータが収容される収容筒部と、
前記収容筒部の軸方向一方側の端部から径方向外側に広がる鍔部と、を有し、
前記インバータハウジング部は、前記鍔部の軸方向一方側に配置され、軸方向から見て前記鍔部と重なり、
前記ブリーザ部は、前記鍔部に配置される、電動ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動ポンプ装置であって、
前記ハウジングに固定されて前記ポンプ部を覆うポンプカバーを備え、
前記ポンプカバーは、前記収容筒部よりも径方向外側に突出する脚部を有し、
前記ブリーザ部は、軸方向から見て、前記脚部と重ならない位置に配置される、電動ポンプ装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電動ポンプ装置であって、
前記脚部は、周方向に並んで複数設けられる、電動ポンプ装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の電動ポンプ装置であって、
前記ポンプカバーは、前記ポンプ部を覆うカバー部を有し、
前記カバー部は、
前記ポンプ部に流体を流入させる流入口と、
前記ポンプ部から流体を流出させる流出口と、を有し、
軸方向から見て、前記流入口から前記流出口に向かう方向を流体送り方向として、
前記ブリーザ部は、軸方向から見て、前記中心軸よりも前記流体送り方向に配置される、電動ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電動ポンプ装置であって、
前記インバータハウジング部は、外部電源が接続されるコネクタ部を有し、
前記インバータハウジング部は、軸方向から見て、前記中心軸と前記コネクタ部との間に位置する配線部材配置領域を有し、
前記ブリーザ部は、軸方向から見て、前記鍔部のうち前記配線部材配置領域と重なる位置に配置される、電動ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電動ポンプ装置であって、
前記鍔部は、前記鍔部を軸方向に貫通するブリーザ取付孔を有し、
前記ブリーザ部は、
前記ハウジングの外部と連通する呼吸孔を有するブリーザ本体と、
前記ブリーザ本体に接続され、前記呼吸孔および前記ハウジングの内部と連通し、前記ブリーザ取付孔に挿入されるブリーザ筒部と、
前記ブリーザ筒部の軸方向一方側の端部から、ブリーザ中心軸に直交するブリーザ径方向の外側に突出し、前記鍔部に軸方向一方側から接触する爪部と、を有する、電動ポンプ装置。 - 請求項6に記載の電動ポンプ装置であって、
前記インバータハウジング部は、
前記インバータ基板の一対の板面のうち、一方の板面と対向する第1部材と、
前記一対の板面のうち、他方の板面と対向する第2部材と、を有し、
前記第2部材は、前記モータハウジング部と前記第1部材との間に配置され、
前記第2部材は、前記インバータ基板の他方の板面と対向する底壁部を有し、
前記底壁部は、前記底壁部の軸方向他方側を向く面から軸方向一方側に窪むブリーザ収容壁部を有し、
前記ブリーザ収容壁部は、前記ブリーザ筒部の軸方向一方側の端部および前記爪部を収容し、前記ブリーザ筒部を軸方向一方側から覆う、電動ポンプ装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載の電動ポンプ装置であって、
前記鍔部は、
前記鍔部の軸方向一方側を向く面に配置され、前記爪部が接触する爪部支持面と、
前記鍔部の軸方向一方側を向く面に配置され、軸方向から見て、前記爪部支持面をブリーザ径方向の外側から囲う外囲面と、を有し、
前記外囲面は、前記爪部支持面よりも軸方向他方側に位置する、電動ポンプ装置。
