Claims (9)
- マイクロ波を吸収して発熱するカーボンを含む発熱材と、
マイクロ波を透過し、前記発熱材が配置される容器とを備え、
前記発熱材に対して不活性な気体が、前記容器内に含まれ、
前記容器の直径が、3mm以上であることを特徴とする発熱体。 - 前記発熱材が、カーボン粉粒体を含み、
充填率が0.05〜0.17の範囲に定められ、
前記容器の直径が、3mm〜30mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発熱体。 - 前記容器の直径が、3mm〜10mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発熱体。
- 前記粉粒体が、カーボン粉粒体から成り、その充填率が、0.05〜0.11の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の発熱体。
- 前記カーボン粉粒体と前記気体が、前記容器に封入されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の発熱体。
- 前記気体が、He(ヘリウム)、Ne(ネオン)、Ar(アルゴン)、Xe(キセノン)、CO2(二酸化炭素)、CF4(四フッ化メタン)、SF6(六フッ化硫黄)、N2O(一酸化二窒素)、HFCS(ハイドロフルオロカーボン類)、PFCS(パーフルオロカーボン類)、NF3(三フッ化窒素)の1つもしくは複数から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の発熱体。
- 前記容器が、石英ガラスから成り、その端部は前記石英ガラスで覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の発熱体。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の発熱体を備えたことを特徴とする加熱装置。
- マイクロ波を透過する素材を加熱して、直径が3mm〜30mmの範囲にある容器を成形し、
マイクロ波を吸収して発熱するカーボン粉粒体を含む粉粒体を、充填率が0.05〜0.17となるように、前記容器内に入れ、
前記粉粒体に対して不活性な気体を前記容器に導入し、
前記容器を封止することを特徴とする発熱体の製造方法。
