Abstract
Description
ステータコアに装着されるステータコイルのコイルエンドを被覆する絶縁樹脂を成形する樹脂成形方法であって、
前記ステータコイルに接続され前記ステータコアの外側に配置されるステータ端子を載置する通電および昇降可能な通電端子台と、昇降可能で前記通電端子台と対となり前記ステータ端子をクランプする端子押さえと、を用いて、前記ステータ端子をクランプした状態で前記ステータ端子を介して前記ステータコイルを通電して加熱する第1ステップと、
加熱した前記ステータコイルの前記コイルエンドを前記絶縁樹脂で被覆すると共に前記絶縁樹脂を成形する第2ステップと、
を備え、
前記第1ステップは、前記ステータ端子をクランプした状態で前記ステータ端子を介して前記ステータコイルを通電して加熱する前に、前記通電端子台と前記端子押さえとによる前記ステータ端子のクランプを解除した状態で前記通電端子台に前記ステータ端子を載置し、前記通電端子台を上方向または下方向へ移動させて前記ステータ端子の位置を所定範囲内とする、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (3)
- ステータコアに装着されるステータコイルのコイルエンドを被覆する絶縁樹脂を成形する樹脂成形方法であって、
前記ステータコイルに接続され前記ステータコアの外側に配置されるステータ端子を載置する通電および昇降可能な通電端子台と、昇降可能で前記通電端子台と対となり前記ステータ端子をクランプする端子押さえと、を用いて、前記ステータ端子をクランプした状態で前記ステータ端子を介して前記ステータコイルを通電して加熱する第1ステップと、
加熱した前記ステータコイルの前記コイルエンドを前記絶縁樹脂で被覆すると共に前記絶縁樹脂を成形する第2ステップと、
を備え、
前記第1ステップは、前記ステータ端子をクランプした状態で前記ステータ端子を介して前記ステータコイルを通電して加熱する前に、前記通電端子台と前記端子押さえとによる前記ステータ端子のクランプを解除した状態で前記通電端子台に前記ステータ端子を載置し、前記通電端子台を上方向または下方向へ移動させて前記ステータ端子の位置を所定範囲内とする、
樹脂成形方法。 - 請求項1記載の樹脂成形方法であって、
前記第1ステップは、前記ステータ端子の位置を検出する位置検出装置により検出された前記ステータ端子の位置が前記所定範囲内となるように前記通電端子台を昇降させる、
樹脂成形方法。 - 請求項1または2記載の樹脂成形方法であって、
前記第1ステップは、前記端子押さえと前記通電端子台とで前記ステータ端子をクランプしたときの前記ステータ端子の移動量を用いて前記ステータ端子の位置が前記所定範囲内となるように前記通電端子台を昇降させる、
樹脂成形方法。
