Description
図1は本発明の第1実施形態によるコイル部品を概略的に示す図である。図2は図1において一部構成を除いた様子を示す図である。図3は図1のI−I'線に沿った断面を示す図である。図4は図1のII−II'線に沿った断面を示す図である。
図5は本発明の第2実施形態によるコイル部品を概略的に示す図である。図6は図5のIII−III'線に沿った断面を示す図である。図7は図5のIV−IV'線に沿った断面を示す図である。
図8は本発明の第3実施形態によるコイル部品を概略的に示す図である。図9は図8のV−V'線に沿った断面を示す図である。

Claims (15)
- 一方向に互いに向かい合う一面と他面、及びそれぞれ本体の前記一面と他面とを連結する複数の壁面を有し、金属磁性粉末を含む本体と、
前記本体に埋設され、少なくとも一つのターン(turn)を形成するコイル部と、
前記本体の一面に互いに離隔配置され、前記コイル部と連結される第1外部電極及び第2外部電極と、
前記第1外部電極及び前記第2外部電極と離隔するように前記本体の一面に配置されたパッド部、及び前記本体の複数の壁面のうち、互いに向かい合う両側面の少なくとも一つに配置された側面部を含む第3外部電極と、
前記本体の他面及び前記本体の複数の壁面を覆い、前記側面部を露出させる開口部が形成された絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層に形成され、前記本体の他面上に配置されたキャップ部、及び前記本体の複数の壁面に配置され、前記開口部を介して前記側面部と連結される側壁部を含む遮蔽層と、を含む、コイル部品。 - 前記側面部は、前記本体の両側面に形成され、
前記遮蔽層は、前記本体の両側面に配置された前記側面部とそれぞれ連結される、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記パッド部及び前記側面部は、互いに一体に形成される、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイル部を支持するように前記本体に埋設された内部絶縁層をさらに含み、
前記コイル部は、
前記内部絶縁層の両面にそれぞれ配置された第1コイルパターン及び第2コイルパターンと、
前記第1コイルパターン及び前記第2コイルパターンを互いに連結するように前記内部絶縁層を貫通するビアと、をさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1コイルパターン及び前記第2コイルパターンのそれぞれの端部は、
前記本体の互いに向かい合う複数の壁面のうち前記本体の両側面を連結し、互いに向かい合う両端面に露出する、請求項4に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1外部電極及び前記第2外部電極は、
前記第1コイルパターン及び前記第2コイルパターンと連結されるように前記本体の両端面に形成された連結部と、
前記連結部から前記本体の一面に延長された延長部と、をそれぞれ含む、請求項5に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記絶縁層は、前記連結部及び前記側面部を覆う、請求項6に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記遮蔽層は、導電体及び磁性体のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記遮蔽層は、前記開口部を充填する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記遮蔽層は、
前記開口部の内壁及び前記側面部に沿って形成され、前記開口部に対応する溝が形成される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記遮蔽層は、
導電体を含み、前記絶縁層及び前記開口部に配置された第1遮蔽層と、
磁性体を含み、前記第1遮蔽層に配置された第2遮蔽層と、を含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1遮蔽層は、前記開口部を充填する、請求項11に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記キャップ部の厚さは、
前記本体の他面外側部における厚さよりも前記本体の他面中央部における厚さが厚い、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記キャップ部の厚さは、前記側壁部の厚さよりも厚い、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 絶縁樹脂及び前記絶縁樹脂に分散された金属磁性粉末を含み、一方向に互いに向かい合う一面と他面、前記一面と他面とを連結し、互いに向かい合う両側面、及び前記両側面を互いに連結し、互いに向かい合う両端面を有する本体と、
前記本体に埋設された内部絶縁層と、
前記内部絶縁層に配置されたコイル部と、
前記本体の一面に離隔配置された第1外部電極及び第2外部電極と、
前記本体の一面に前記第1外部電極及び前記第2外部電極と離隔するように配置され、前記本体の両側面の少なくとも一部に延長された第3外部電極と、
前記本体の他面、前記本体の両側面、及び前記本体の両端面を覆い、前記第3外部電極のうち、前記本体の両側面の少なくとも一部に延長された領域を露出させる開口部が形成された絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層に形成され、前記本体の他面、前記本体の両側面、及び前記本体の両端面を覆い、前記第3外部電極の延長された領域と連結される遮蔽層と、
を含む、コイル部品。
