Abstract
Description
締結構造100は、内燃機関1の排気側における任意の部品同士の接続に用いることが可能である。例えば、図1のB部では、排気マニホールド3を被締結部品とし、ターボチャージャ4のタービンケーシング4aを締結対象部品とする。また、図1のC部では、タービンケーシング4aを被締結部品とし、排気管5を締結対象部品とする。また、図1のD部では、排気マニホールド3を被締結部品とし、EGR管6を締結対象部品とする。また、図示しないが、締結構造100は、酸化触媒等の触媒を収容する触媒ケーシングと排気管との接続に用いることも可能である。
上述した被締結部品及び締結対象部品は、それぞれ逆の関係であって良い。例えば、タービンケーシング4aを締結対象部品とし、排気管5を被締結部品としても良い。
ディスタンスピース50の線膨張係数α2は、ボルト10の線膨張係数α3以下であっても良い(α2≦α3)。また、ボルト10の線膨張係数α3は、排気マニホールド3の線膨張係数α1以下であっても良い(α3≦α1)。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の排気側において締結対象部品を被締結部品に締結するための締結構造であって、
雄ネジ軸と、
前記雄ネジ軸に螺合または固定して設けられた押圧体と、
前記締結対象部品に形成され、前記雄ネジ軸が挿通される挿通穴と、
前記被締結部品に形成され、前記雄ネジ軸が螺合されるネジ穴と、
前記押圧体と前記締結対象部品との間に介在され、前記雄ネジ軸が挿通される筒状部品と、を備え、
前記筒状部品は、前記締結対象部品の線膨張係数よりも大きい線膨張係数を有する
ことを特徴とする締結構造。 - 前記筒状部品の線膨張係数は、前記雄ネジ軸の線膨張係数よりも大きい
請求項1に記載の締結構造。 - 前記締結対象部品は、排気マニホールドであり、
前記被締結部品は、シリンダヘッドである
請求項1または2に記載の締結構造。 - 前記雄ネジ軸の線膨張係数は、前記締結対象部品の線膨張係数よりも大きい
請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の締結構造。
