Abstract
Description
(1)本実施形態に係る圧縮機ユニット200は、インペラ11を用いて内燃機関であるエンジン1の吸入空気を圧縮する圧縮機101と、インペラ11を回転可能に収容するインペラ室110と、インペラ11の軸線CLに沿って延在しインペラ室110へ吸入空気を導く吸気流路111と、インペラ11の軸線CLに交差するように設けられ内燃機関のブローバイガスを吸気流路111内へ導くブリーザ流路112と、吸気流路111に対するブリーザ流路112の入口112aとインペラ室110との間において、インペラ11の軸線CLに沿って設けられる整流板120と、を備える(図3、図4参照)。したがって、整流板120によって逆流の旋回成分を低減することによりサージングを抑制することができる。
Claims (4)
- インペラを用いて内燃機関の吸入空気を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記インペラを回転可能に収容するインペラ室と、
前記インペラの軸線に沿って延在し前記インペラ室へ吸入空気を導く吸気流路と、
前記内燃機関のブローバイガスを前記吸気流路内へ導くブリーザ流路と、
前記吸気流路に対する前記ブリーザ流路の入口と前記インペラ室との間において、前記インペラの軸線に沿って設けられる整流板と、を備え、
前記整流板は、前記ブリーザ流路の入口に対して、前記インペラの軸線に直交する方向にずれて配置されることを特徴とする圧縮機ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機ユニットにおいて、
前記整流板は、前記インペラ室から前記吸気流路に逆流する旋回流が前記ブリーザ流路の入口に向かって流れることを遮断するように配置されることを特徴とする圧縮機ユニット。 - 請求項2に記載の圧縮機ユニットにおいて、
前記整流板は、前記ブリーザ流路の入口に対して、前記インペラの軸線に直交する方向の一方にずれた位置と、他方にずれた位置に設けられることを特徴とする圧縮機ユニット。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機ユニットにおいて、
前記整流板は、前記吸気流路を形成する天井板から下方に延在するように設けられ、前記整流板の先端部は、前記インペラ室の入口よりも上側に位置することを特徴とする圧縮機ユニット。
