Description
ここで、φは、出射口28の開口寸法を示し、ρは、アシストガスの粘性係数を示し、VSは、出力データVVと開口寸法φから求められるアシストガスの流速VSを示す。このように、制御部82は、測定器84の出力データVVから、演算によって、第1の極大点32の位置x1を取得する位置取得部86として機能する。

Claims (6)
- レーザ光の光軸に沿ってアシストガスの噴流を出射する出射口を有するノズルであって、前記噴流の速度の極大点を前記出射口から離れた位置に形成するノズルと、
前記ノズルとワークとの間に配置され、前記噴流を取り囲む筒状の囲いと、を備え、
前記囲いは、変更可能な径方向の内寸を有し、該内寸を変更することにより前記極大点の位置を調整できる、レーザ加工システム。 - 前記囲いの前記内寸を変更する囲い駆動部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のレーザ加工システム。
- 前記囲いは、可撓性の円筒部材を有し、
前記囲い駆動部は、前記内寸を変更するように前記円筒部材を変形させる機構部を有する、請求項2に記載のレーザ加工システム。 - 前記極大点の位置を表す情報を取得する位置取得部と、
前記情報に基づいて前記内寸を変更することにより前記極大点の位置を制御する極大点制御部と、を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工システム。 - ノズルの出射口から出射されたガスの噴流を取り囲む筒状の囲いを備え、
前記囲いは、変更可能な径方向の内寸を有し、該内寸を変更することにより、前記出射口から離れた位置に形成される前記噴流の速度の極大点の位置を調整できる、噴流調整装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工システムを用いてワークをレーザ加工する方法であって、
前記ノズルの前記出射口から前記噴流を出射し、
前記囲いの前記内寸を変更することにより前記極大点の位置を調整し、
前記極大点の位置を前記ワークの加工部位に配置するとともに、前記レーザ光により前記ワークを加工する、方法。
