Claims (6)
- 熱処理された丸棒またはパイプ形状の金属製品の表面に冷却剤を噴射して製品の焼入れ及び表面洗浄を実行する冷却剤噴射システムにおいて、
中央部に製品が通過する第1の製品出入口(11)が形成され、第1の製品出入口(11)の周囲に沿って冷却剤が満たされる第1の冷却剤分配管(12)が形成され、外側面に冷却剤供給口(14)が形成され、冷却剤供給口(14)が冷却剤供給管(15)によって第1の冷却剤分配管(12)と接続されるモジュールハウジング(10)と、
中央部に製品が通過する第2の製品出入口(21)が形成され、第2の製品出入口(21)の周囲に沿って冷却剤が満たされる第2の冷却剤分配管(22)が形成され、第2の製品出入口(21)とモジュールハウジング(10)の第1の製品出入口(11)の中心点がそれぞれ製品が通過される中心軸上に位置するようにモジュールハウジング(10)に装着されるモジュールカバー(20)と、
製品が通過できるように中央部が空ディスク形状をなし、内周面に多数の溝が形成されてなるノズル溝(31)とノズルパネル(32)が歯車形状に交替で配列され、上記第1の冷却剤分配管(12)及び第2の冷却剤分配管(22)の表面にそれぞれ突出して形成された多数の第1のノズル固定ブロック(13)と第2のノズル固定ブロック(23)により固定されて製品に冷却剤を噴射するノズル(30)と、を有する冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)を構成することを特徴とする熱処理された金属製品用の冷却剤噴射モジュールシステム。 - 2つ以上の冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)のモジュールハウジング(10)の端には、それぞれモジュールフレーム接続口(16)が形成され、それぞれの冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)のモジュールフレーム接続口(16)には、棒形状のモジュールフレーム(40)が挿入されながら冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)の製品出入口が同一軸上に形成されるように連続的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱処理された金属製品用の冷却剤噴射モジュールシステム。
- 上記冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)に装着された、それぞれのノズル(30)のノズルパネル(32)がなす傾斜角が異なるように形成され、製品の入口方向に配置された冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)のノズルパネル(32)の傾斜角が、製品の出口方向に配置された冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)のノズルパネル(32)の傾斜角より大きな角度をなし、ノズルパネル(32)の傾斜角方向は、製品の出口方向を向くように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱処理された金属製品用の冷却剤噴射モジュールシステム。
- 上記モジュールフレーム(40)には、それぞれの冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)の間ごとに、モジュール固定ブロック(41)が差し込まれて冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)の位置間隔が調整され、モジュールフレーム(40)の末端に接続されるモジュール固定部材(42)により冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)の位置が固定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱処理された金属製品用の冷却剤噴射モジュールシステム。
- ノズル(30)から噴射される冷却剤の圧力を均一に維持するために、第1、2の冷却剤分配管(12、22)が2以上の部分に分かれ、冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)の上部に位置する第1、2の冷却剤分配管(12、22)より下部に位置する第1、2の冷却剤分配管(12、22)に流入される冷却剤に、より高い圧力がより高く作用するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の熱処理された金属製品用の冷却剤噴射モジュールシステム。
- 冷却剤噴射モジュール(1)の上部に位置する第1、2の冷却剤分配管(12、22)に流入される冷却剤圧力と下部に位置する第1、2の冷却剤分配管(12、22)に流入される冷却剤圧力は、8.5:10.5〜9.5:11.5の割合の範囲内で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱処理された金属製品用の冷却剤噴射モジュールシステム。
