Claims (12)
- 第一表面を有する培養膜であって、
前記第一表面は、複数個の突起を有し、
前記突起の頂部と、前記頂部同士の間の隙間とは、共同に培養部を形成し、
前記培養部は、細胞を培養して成長させることに適し、
前記培養部の硬度は、2kPa〜500kPaであることを特徴とする、培養膜。 - 前記培養部の硬度は、2kPa〜20kPaであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の培養膜。
- 前記突起の形状は、円錐状、円柱状、又は円錐台状であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の培養膜。
- 各前記突起の頂部の中心の間の間隔は、細胞サイズの半分以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の培養膜。
- 前記培養膜の材料のショア硬度は、60HA未満であり、
各前記突起の頂部の前記第一表面における正射影の面積が、前記第一表面の面積に占めたパーセンテージは、20%〜70%である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の培養膜。 - 各前記突起の頂部の中心の間の間隔は、0.4μm〜1μmであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の培養膜。
- 前記培養膜の材料は、シリカゲルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の培養膜。
- 前記培養膜の材料のショア硬度は、60HAを超え、
各前記突起の頂部の前記第一表面における正射影の面積が、前記第一表面の面積に占めたパーセンテージは、0.01%〜0.001%である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の培養膜。 - 各前記突起の頂部の中心の間の間隔は、1μm〜3μmであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の培養膜。
- 前記培養膜の材料は、サファイアを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の培養膜。
- 前記第一表面に対応する第二表面を更に有し、
前記第一表面と前記第二表面とは、いずれも研磨面であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の培養膜。 - 皿体と、
