Claims (9)
- 積載された粒子を移送するための移送コンベヤ、
前記移送コンベヤの一側に設けられた、回転中心を有する回転部材と、前記回転部材を回転させるための駆動部及び前記回転部材に装着された、粒子が貯蔵される粒子供給部とを含む粒子分散装置、及び、
移送過程で、前記移送コンベヤ上に積載された粒子を乾燥させるための加熱部
を含む乾燥システムであって、
前記加熱部が、熱交換器および送風ファンを含み、前記送風ファンから吐出された空気が前記熱交換器を通過した後、前記移送コンベヤに供給されるように設けられている、乾燥システム。 - 前記熱交換器が、前記熱交換器を通過した空気が前記移送コンベヤの幅方向にかけて分配されるように設けられている、請求項1に記載の乾燥システム。
- 前記熱交換器が、前記移送コンベヤの下方に配置されている、請求項1に記載の乾燥システム。
- 前記熱交換器が、前記移送コンベヤの幅に対応するように幅方向に沿って長く延びている、請求項3に記載の乾燥システム。
- 前記乾燥システムは、前記移送コンベヤおよび前記駆動部を制御するための制御部を含み、
前記制御部が、前記移送コンベヤに粒子を供給する時、前記回転部材の回転中心を基準として前記粒子供給部が所定の方向に弧を描きながら回転するように制御し、
前記制御部が、前記粒子供給部を回転させる時、前記移送コンベヤを停止させる、請求項1に記載の乾燥システム。 - 前記制御部が、前記粒子供給部の回転が完了すると、積載された粒子が移送されるように前記移送コンベヤを作動させる、請求項5に記載の乾燥システム。
- 前記制御部が、前記粒子供給部が回転中心を基準として所定の角度範囲内で互いに異なる方向に往復回転するように制御する、請求項5に記載の乾燥システム。
- 前記粒子供給部が、ベルトコンベヤを含む、請求項1に記載の乾燥システム。
- 前記制御部が、前記移送コンベヤの幅方向に沿って中央部よりも両側端に粒子がさらに厚く積載されるように制御する、請求項5に記載の乾燥システム。
