Description
Claims (10)
- 車両本体構造のアルミニウム側方サイドレール(10、20)と、円筒形関節リング(81)を備えるサスペンションアーム(91、94)の端部とを連結するための装置であって、前記サイドレール(10、20)の下に固定される上面(51、61)と、側壁とを備えるアルミニウム鋳物(50、60)であって、前記側壁から、外側側面に垂直に、少なくとも第1のサスペンションアーム境界接触面が延在しており、前記第1のサスペンションアーム境界接触面が、前記サスペンションアーム(91、94)の端部を取り付けるように、前記円筒形リング(81)の長さより大きい空隙値だけ互いに離間したフィン(56、66、98、99)の対を備える、アルミニウム鋳物(50、60)を備えることを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記第1のサスペンションアーム境界接触面が、鋳造工場を出た後に機械加工を受けて前記アルミニウム鋳物(50、60)の一体部分を形成するフィン(55、56)の対を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フィン(55、56)の対が、その位置を堅固に維持するために厚みのあるベース部を有する第1のフィン(72)と、第2のフィン(71)であって、前記2つのフィンの間で前記円筒形リング(81)を締め付けるように、前記第1のフィン(72)に向かって前記第2のフィン(71)の対向する端部を配向できるようにするために薄いベース部を有する第2のフィン(71)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記円筒形リング(81)の端部(83、84)と、前記フィンの対の内側面との間に挿入される少なくとも1つのウェッジ(73、74)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 2つのウェッジ(73、74)が細いバー(79)によって連結されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記アルミニウム鋳物(50、60)が、クランプロッカーバー(92)の端部を取り付けるためのフィン(57)の対であって、鋳造工場を出た後に機械加工を受けて前記アルミニウム鋳物(50、60)の一体部分を形成するフィン(57)の対を備えるクランプロッカーバー境界接触面を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1または第2のサスペンションアーム境界接触面が、フィン(98、99)の対を備える鋼のUリンク(93)であって、前記アルミニウム鋳物(50、60)にねじ留めされるUリンク(93)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 1つのサスペンションアーム境界接触面の前記フィン(56、66、98、99)の対の空隙値を締付けによって低減するために、前記フィンおよび前記円筒形関節リング(81)を貫通するねじ(97)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- それぞれのフィン(71、72)が、前記アルミニウム鋳物の前記上面(61)に実質的に平行な長さをもつ楕円窓(85)を備え、それにより、前記楕円窓(85)内で前記ねじ(97)の本体をスライドすることによって、前記円筒形関節リング(81)、したがって前記アルミニウム鋳物の前記サスペンションアームの端部を、近づけることおよび遠ざけることが可能になることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記ねじ(97)が、フィン面に当てて配置するための偏心ディスク(76)を備え、前記フィン面が、前記偏心ディスク(76)の一部分が当たる少なくとも1つのスライド(78)を備え、それにより、前記ねじ(97)を回すことによって、前記ねじ(97)の前記本体を前記楕円窓(85)内でスライドすることが可能になることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
