Abstract
Description
電極端子部位を除いた円筒形ケースの外面を熱収縮性チューブが包んでいる円筒型電池セルであって、前記熱収縮性チューブは、
熱収縮性を有するポリエステル系樹脂のチューブ基材と、
前記熱収縮性チューブの引張強度及び使用温度を高めるナイロン系樹脂の補強剤と、
前記熱収縮性チューブに照射された紫外線によって前記ナイロン系樹脂又はポリエステル系樹脂の高分子鎖が切断されて生成された自由ラジカルの連鎖反応を抑制する紫外線安定剤(UV Stabilizer)と、
を含むことを特徴とする。
組成物の総重量を基準にポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethylene terephthalate)樹脂80g、紫外線安定剤であるブチル−4−ヒドロキシベンゾエート(butyl−4−hydroxybenzoate)2g、顔料(pigment)8g及びナイロン66 10gを一緒に混和した後、溶融ブレンドして樹脂組成物を製造し、製造された樹脂組成物を冷却装置で急冷硬化することによって上部と下部が開放した円筒形熱収縮性チューブを製造した。
樹脂組成物の製造時、紫外線安定剤であるブチル−4−ヒドロキシベンゾエート(butyl−4−hydroxybenzoate)とナイロン66を使わずに製造したことを除き、実施例1と同様に熱収縮性チューブを製造した。

樹脂組成物の製造時、ナイロン66を使わずに製造したことを除き、実施例1と同様に熱収縮性チューブを製造した。
本発明の図2には実験例1の実験過程を示した写真が開示されている。図2と同様に、実施例1及び比較例1〜比較例3で製造された熱収縮性チューブ110を紫外線照射器200のランプから3cm離隔するように配置し、光の強度が61.5W/m2、光の波長が300nm〜400nm、温度が50℃の雰囲気の条件で1,000時間露出させた後、チューブの表面にクラックの発生有無を確認した。
前記実施例1で製造された熱収縮性チューブと前記比較例2で製造された熱収縮性チューブを準備し、チューブの表面に黒色文字を印刷した。前記熱収縮性チューブを、光の強度が61.5W/m2、光の波長が300nm〜400nmの紫外線照射器に500時間露出させた後、前記黒色文字の色相変化を確認し、その結果を図4及び図5に示した。
前記実施例1による方法で製造された熱収縮性チューブ3個と前記比較例3による方法で製造された熱収縮性チューブ3個を使用し、これらの引張強度及び伸び率を測定するために、万能材料試験機(Universal Test Machine)を用いた。
Claims (15)
- 電極端子部位を除いた円筒形ケースの外面を熱収縮性チューブが包んでいる円筒型電池セルであって、前記熱収縮性チューブは、
熱収縮性を有するポリエステル系樹脂のチューブ基材と、
熱収縮性チューブの引張強度及び使用温度を高めるナイロン系樹脂の補強剤と、
熱収縮性チューブに照射された紫外線によってナイロン系樹脂又はポリエステル系樹脂の高分子鎖が切断されて生成された自由ラジカルの連鎖反応を抑制する紫外線安定剤(UV Stabilizer)とを含む、円筒型電池セル。 - 前記熱収縮性チューブは、色相付与のための顔料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記ポリエステル系樹脂はポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethylene terephthalate)樹脂である、請求項1または2に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記ポリエステル系樹脂をチューブの総重量を基準に70重量%〜90重量%含む、請求項3に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記熱収縮性チューブの厚さは1μm〜100μmである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記紫外線安定剤はベンゾエート系化合物である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記ベンゾエート系化合物はブチル−4−ヒドロキシベンゾエート(butyl−4−hydroxybenzoate)である、請求項6に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記紫外線安定剤を熱収縮性チューブの総重量を基準に0.1重量%〜5重量%含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記ナイロン系樹脂はナイロン66である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記ナイロン系樹脂を熱収縮性チューブの総重量を基準に3重量%〜10重量%含む、請求項9に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記顔料を熱収縮性チューブの総重量を基準に10重量%〜20重量%含む、請求項2に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記熱収縮性チューブは、光の強度が61.5W/m2、光の波長が300nm〜400nmの条件で1,000時間露出されてもクラック(crack)が発生しない、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記ナイロン系樹脂は、ポリエステル系樹脂にブレンド状態で含まれている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記熱収縮性チューブは、照射された紫外線を吸収して熱エネルギーとして放出する紫外線吸収剤をさらに含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池セル。
- 前記紫外線吸収剤はベンゾフェノン系化合物である、請求項14に記載の円筒型電池セル。
