Abstract
Description

a)繊維を含む成形品を提供する工程、
b)前記成形品の表面にコーティング分散液を塗布する工程であって、
前記コーティング分散液がミクロフィブリル化セルロース、少なくとも1種のスリップ助剤及び少なくとも1種の親水コロイドを含む、工程、及び
c)前記塗布したコーティング分散液を乾燥して、前記コーティング層を形成する工程、
を含む、方法を提供する。
d)前記コーティング分散液を塗布した前記成形品を、任意選択的に加熱下でプレスする工程、を含む。
コーティング層のミクロフィブリル化セルロース含量は、一つの態様によれば、コーティング層の固形分の重量に基づいて0.01〜99.9重量%の範囲にあり得る。一つの態様においては、コーティング層のミクロフィブリル化セルロース含量は、コーティング層の固形分の70から99重量%の範囲内、80から99重量%の範囲内、又は90から99重量%の範囲内にあり得る。
電動ハンドペイントスプレーヤー(Graco EasyMax WP II230V)を使用して、試料(吸い取り紙)を、CMC(FF30、2kg/t)及びAKD(Aquapel、5kg/t)を含有するMFCでコーティングした。
試料(成形パッケージプレート、成形使い捨て食器プレート)を、CMC(FF30、2kg/t)及びAKD(Aquapel、5kg/t)を含有するMFC(Bauer−McNettに基づく微粉含量は100%である。)で電動ハンドペイントスプレーヤー(Graco EasyMax WP II230V)を使用してコーティングした。
Claims (9)
- 成形品の表面にコーティング層を形成する方法であって、前記コーティング層が1〜10g/m2のミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含み、以下を含む方法:
a)繊維を含む成形品を提供する工程;
b)前記成形品の前記表面にコーティング分散液を塗布する工程であって、前記コーティング分散液がミクロフィブリル化セルロース、少なくとも1種のスリップ助剤及び少なくとも1種の親水コロイドを含む、工程;及び
c)前記塗布したコーティング分散液を乾燥させて、前記コーティング層を形成する工程。 - スリップ助剤の量がコーティング分散液の乾燥固形分1トン当たり1〜10kgである請求項1に記載の方法。
- スリップ助剤がAKDである請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 親水コロイドの量がコーティング分散液の乾燥固形分1トン当たり1〜20kgである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 親水コロイドがCMC、ガラクトグルコマンナン又はキシログルカンである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ミクロフィブリル化セルロースが少なくとも90のSchopper−Riegler数を有する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- コーティング分散液がスプレーすることによって前記成形品に塗布される請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程c)と同時に又は別個の工程として行われるさらなる工程を含み、該さらなる工程はコーティング分散液が塗布された成形品を、任意に加熱下でプレスすることを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られるコーティングした成形品。
