Abstract
Description
下記表1の組成を有する溶鋼を用意し、連続鋳造によってスラブを製造した。
すなわち、本発明の一実施例による冷却パターンを用いた発明鋼及び比較鋼によるスラブの製造時に、実施例1、2及び比較例4は、それぞれ、発明鋼1、2及び比較鋼1のスラブの表面温度が1530℃から1100℃に至るまで6℃/秒の速度で強冷し、以後、1150℃の温度で10分間復熱し、水冷(water quenching)により400℃まで急冷した。

- 質量%で、C:0.003乃至0.1%、Si:0.01乃至2.0%、Mn:0.01乃至1.5%、P:0.05%以下、S:0.005%以下、Cr:10乃至30%、Ti:0.001乃至0.10%、Al:0.001乃至0.15%、N:0.003乃至0.03%、Nb:0.3乃至0.6%、Mo:0.01乃至2.5%、残部Fe及び不可避な不純物からなり、
表層部のフェライト基地内に0.1μm以上のサイズを有するTiN析出物が2.5×104ea/mm2以下で分布することを特徴とするカーボンスラッジの吸着が低減された排気系熱交換器用フェライト系ステンレス鋼。 - Cu:0.01乃至0.15%を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカーボンスラッジの吸着が低減された排気系熱交換器用フェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記表層部のフェライト基地内に0.1μm以上のサイズを有するTiN析出物、TiN・NbC複合析出物及びNbC析出物が分布し、前記析出物は、下記式(1)を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカーボンスラッジの吸着が低減された排気系熱交換器用フェライト系ステンレス鋼。

- 前記表層部のフェライト基地内に前記NbC析出物が9.6×105ea/mm2以上で分布することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカーボンスラッジの吸着が低減された排気系熱交換器用フェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 質量%で、C:0.003乃至0.1%、Si:0.01乃至2.0%、Mn:0.01乃至1.5%、P:0.05%以下、S:0.005%以下、Cr:10乃至30%、Ti:0.001乃至0.10%、Al:0.001乃至0.15%、N:0.003乃至0.03%、Nb:0.3乃至0.6%、Mo:0.01乃至2.5%、残部Fe及び不可避な不純物からなる溶鋼を利用してスラブの連続鋳造時に、前記スラブの表面の温度が1100℃に至るまで6℃/秒以上の平均冷却速度で冷却する段階と、
復熱して、1100乃至1200℃の温度で5乃至15分間維持する段階と、
400℃に到達するまで水冷する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするカーボンスラッジの吸着が低減された排気系熱交換器用フェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
