Abstract
Description
− 第1に、熱硬化性樹脂に埋設された炭素繊維が提供される;
− 第2に、炭素繊維の少なくとも一部を通って流れる電流によって、熱硬化性樹脂がその硬化温度まで加熱される;
− 第3に、熱硬化性樹脂が熱硬化性ポリマーに変換される。
この発明に従った方法のさらなる実施形態は、請求項2〜18の特徴から生じる。
− 断熱材料または電気絶縁材料を含む成形具または金型と、
− 炭素繊維を電源に接続するための電極とを含み、電極は成形具上にまたは金型内に配置される。

Claims (21)
- 繊維強化ポリマー材料を含む製品(300)を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
熱硬化性樹脂に埋設された炭素繊維を提供するステップ(10)と、
前記炭素繊維の少なくとも一部を通って流れる電流によって、前記熱硬化性樹脂をその硬化温度まで加熱するステップ(20)と、
前記熱硬化性樹脂を熱硬化性ポリマーに変換させるステップ(30)とを含む、方法。 - 前記製品の形状を規定する成形具の表面上にまたは金型内に前記炭素繊維を配置する、先行するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂をその硬化温度まで加熱した後に、炭素繊維と部分的に硬化された樹脂とを含む構造が、前記成形具または前記金型から取外される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 炭素繊維は、それらを前記成形具の表面上にまたは前記金型内に配置する前に、前記熱硬化性樹脂によって予め含浸される、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記金型内に前記炭素繊維を配置した後に、熱硬化性樹脂が前記金型に注入される、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 断熱材料、特に木材、コルク、セラミック、ガラス、ミネラルウール、ポリマー発泡体を含む前記成形具または前記金型を提供し、ならびに/もしくは、前記成形具または前記金型を多層断熱材で覆うステップをさらに含む、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 炭素繊維の前記一部の遠方区分を電源の電極と導電接触させる、先行するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電極は前記炭素繊維にクランプされ、特に、前記電極は中実棒構成のものである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記電極は、前記炭素繊維を含む布地になるように織られた金属フィラメントの形を有し、前記金属フィラメントは好ましくは、前記炭素繊維に対して直交する方向に配置される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素繊維は複数の層に配置され、前記層は前記電源に並列接続される、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素繊維は、少なくとも長手方向に炭素繊維を含む帯形状の布地の形で提供される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ラミネート構造を製造するための請求項11に記載の方法であって、前記方法は、前記帯形状の布地を前記ラミネート構造の表面と平行に配置し、前記表面を覆うステップを含む、方法。
- 前記方法は、第1の表面板(501、601)と第2の表面板(502、602)との間に芯(503、603)を含む複合サンドイッチパネル構造(500、600)を製造するための方法であり、前記第1の表面板および前記第2の表面板の少なくとも一方は、熱硬化性ポリマーに埋設された炭素繊維を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の表面板および前記第2の表面板の前記少なくとも一方は、前記炭素繊維と前記芯との間に、および/または、前記炭素繊維と前記構造の外部との間に、電気絶縁層(510、605、607)を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記芯(503、603)は非導電性である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記構造はその表面に電気的接触要素(606)を含み、前記電気的接触要素は前記炭素繊維と電気的に接触しており、中実棒構成として設計されている、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造はその表面に電気的接触要素(606)を含み、前記電気的接触要素は前記炭素繊維と電気的に接触しており、前記電気的接触要素は導電性繊維を含む、請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造は、ガラス繊維と導電性繊維とを含む一体構成として作られた縁強化材を含む、請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法を行なうための装置であって、
断熱材料または電気絶縁材料を含む成形具または金型と、
炭素繊維を電源に接続するための電極とを含み、前記電極は前記成形具上にまたは前記金型内に配置される、装置。 - 請求項13〜18のいずれか1項に従って製造される、複合サンドイッチパネル構造(500、600)。
- 請求項20に従って製造される、複合サンドイッチパネル構造であって、前記構造は、内側表面板と、ハニカム構造と、外側表面板とを含み、それらはすべて、熱硬化性ポリマーを含み、炭素繊維が、前記内側および/または前記外側表面板を均一に覆う経路をたどるように配置される、複合サンドイッチパネル構造。
