Abstract
Description
図1に従った線路車両用の車軸の車軸表面の全長に亘って高周波焼入れ層を持つ従来の車軸の代表的実施形態は、車軸1の表面と、高周波焼入れ層2と、移行層3とを備え、これら全ては、車軸1の表面の全長Lに沿っている。全ての円筒形部分2aにおいて、シート、車軸本体、ジャーナル及びシールリング用シートの領域において、及び移行部分2bにおいて、及びこれに隣接する移行層3において、高周波焼入れ層2は、徐々に減少する強化勾配から成る。高周波焼入れ層2は、車軸1の保護面の全長Lに沿って均等の深さを有する。移行層3は、高周波焼入れ層2の深さの少なくとも1.5倍に等しい深さを有する。
図2に従った線路車両用車軸の車軸表面の全長に沿って高周波焼入れ層を持つ従来の車軸の代表的実施形態は、車軸1の表面と、高周波焼入れ層2と、移行層3と、から成り、これらの全てが、車軸1の表面の全長Lに沿って延びる。高周波焼入れ層2は、全ての円筒形部分2a、シート、車軸本体、ジャーナル及びシールリング用シートの領域において、移行部分2bにおいて、及び駆動ギアボックスを取り付けるための完全ゾーンにおいて、及び隣接する移行層3において、徐々に減少する強化勾配から構成される。高周波焼入れ層2は、車軸1保護面の全長Lに沿って均等の深さを有する。移行層3は、高周波焼入れ層2の深さのすくなくとも1.5倍の深さを有する。
Claims (2)
- 線路車両用の車軸、好ましくは鉄道車両用の車軸であって、前記車軸が熱処理材料で作られた、線路車両用の車軸において、
前記車軸(1)の表面の全長(L)に沿った全ての円筒形部分(2a)及び移行部分(2b)において、前記車軸(1)の表面が、前記車軸(1)の表面から均等深さを有する強化高周波焼入れ層(2)によって形成され、前記強化高周波焼入れ層(2)が、徐々に減少する強化勾配を持つ移行層(3)へ続くことを特徴とする、線路車両用車軸。 - 前記移行層(3)の深さが、前記強化高周波焼入れ層(2)の前記深さの少なくとも1.5倍に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の線路車両用車軸。
