Abstract
Description
高圧側12から、液圧FHが弁球26に作用し、通常は弁球26を弁座28から離れる方向に押す。しかし、反対側から、ばね38がばねの力FFで電機子34を、ひいては同時に閉鎖要素36と弁球26を押圧しているので、弁球26は自身の弁座28から持ち上がらず、自身の閉鎖位置に留まる。このような閉鎖位置は、閉鎖要素36の第1の終端位置EP1である。
Claims (7)
- 切換弁(16)、特に燃料噴射システム(10)用の減圧弁(14)を制御する方法であって、
前記切換弁(16)は、閉鎖要素(36)と、ばね(38)と、電磁アクチュエータ(22)とを有しており、
前記閉鎖要素(36)は、弁開口部(24)を閉鎖する第1の終端位置(EP1)と、前記弁開口部(24)を少なくとも部分的に解放する第2の終端位置(EP2)との間で移動可能であり、
前記ばね(38)は、前記閉鎖要素(36)に、前記第1の終端位置(EP1)の方向に作用するばねの力(FF)を作用させ、
前記電磁アクチュエータ(22)は、前記閉鎖要素(36)に電圧(U)が印加されると、前記ばねの力(FF)とは反対方向に作用するアクチュエータの力(FA)を、前記第2の終端位置(EP2)の方向に作用させ、
前記方法は以下のステップ、すなわち、
前記閉鎖要素(36)が前記ばねの力(FF)に抗して動き出すまで、前記アクチュエータ(22)に、開放電流パルス(Ioeff)を誘導するための一定の電圧(UC1)を印加し、その後、前記一定の電圧(UC1)の印加を直ちに終了し、前記アクチュエータ(22)に、実質的に一定の開放保持電流強度(Ioff)を誘導するためのパルス状の電圧(UPuls1)を印加するステップと、
前記パルス状の電圧(UPuls1)を保持し、前記閉鎖要素(36)を前記第2の終端位置(EP2)に保持するために、前記開放保持電流強度(Ioff)を所定の持続時間(Δt)の間、保持するステップと、
前記所定の持続時間(Δt)が経過した後、前記閉鎖要素(36)が前記ばねの力(FF)によって前記第1の終端位置(EP1)に移動するように、前記電圧印加を中断するステップと、
を含んでいる、方法。 - 前記開放電流パルス(Ioeff)の誘導された電流強度(I)によって前記閉鎖要素(36)に作用する前記アクチュエータの力(FA)は、大きさに関して、前記ばね(38)の力(FF)よりも大きい、かつ/または、誘導された前記開放保持電流強度(Ioff)によって前記閉鎖要素(36)に作用する前記アクチュエータの力(FA)は、実質的に、大きさに関して、前記ばねの力(FF)に相当する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記電圧印加は、I=0の誘導された電流強度(I)が得られるまで中断される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記電圧印加を中断した後に前記閉鎖要素(36)が前記第1の終端位置(EP1)に移動する間、前記アクチュエータ(22)に、制動電流強度(IBrems)を誘導するために一定の電圧(UC2)が印加され、
前記制動電流強度(IBrems)を誘導するための電圧印加の持続時間(Δt)は、前記開放電流パルス(Ioeff)を誘導するための電圧印加の持続時間(Δt)よりも短い、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 誘導された前記制動電流強度(IBrems)によって前記閉鎖要素(36)に作用する前記アクチュエータの力(FA)は、前記ばね(38)の力(FF)よりも小さい、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記一定の電圧(UC2)の印加を停止し、その後、前記アクチュエータ(22)に、前記閉鎖要素(36)が前記第1の位置(EP1)に存在するまで、パルス状の電圧(UPuls2)を迅速に印加し、その後、前記電圧印加を停止する、請求項4または5記載の方法。
- 切換弁(16)、特に燃料噴射システム(10)用の減圧弁(14)を制御する制御装置(40)であって、
前記制御装置(40)は、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するように構成されている、制御装置(40)。
