Claims (12)
- 可動な弁体(4)を有する電磁弁(1)を、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で切替えるための方法において、前記方法が少なくとも、
a)切替電流(8)を第1の時間間隔(11)の間、前記弁体(4)がその時点における位置に留まる予備通電電流強さ(I1)に調節する方法ステップと、
b)前記切替電流(8)を第2の時間間隔(12)の間、前記弁体(4)の切替運動を開始させる第1の切替電流強さ(I2)に調節する方法ステップと、
d)前記切替電流(8)を、前記電磁弁(1)の切替えが行われることを保証する第2の切替電流強さ(I 4 )に調節する方法ステップとを有し、
同形式の切替過程を複数回実施し、この際に、少なくとも1つの先行する切替過程において前記ステップd)で前記電磁弁(1)の切替えが検知されている限り、前記弁体(4)を次の切替過程において第2の時間間隔(12)内でより大きく加速させる、
電磁弁(1)を切替えるための方法。 - 可動な弁体(4)を有する電磁弁(1)を、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で切替えるための方法において、前記方法が少なくとも、
a)切替電流(8)を第1の時間間隔(11)の間、前記弁体(4)がその時点における位置に留まる予備通電電流強さ(I 1 )に調節する方法ステップと、
b)前記切替電流(8)を第2の時間間隔(12)の間、前記弁体(4)の切替運動を開始させる第1の切替電流強さ(I 2 )に調節する方法ステップと、
d)前記切替電流(8)を、前記電磁弁(1)の切替えが行われることを保証する第2の切替電流強さ(I 4 )に調節する方法ステップとを有し、
同形式の切替過程を複数回実施し、少なくとも1つの先行する切替過程において前記ステップd)で前記電磁弁(1)の切替えが検知されていない限り、前記弁体(4)を次の切替過程において第2の時間間隔(12)内でより小さく加速させる、電磁弁(1)を切替えるための方法。 - 前記第2の時間間隔(12)を、前記電磁弁(1)の切替えが前記第2の時間間隔(12)後にまだ終了されていないように選定する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- さらに、
c)前記切替電流(8)を第3の時間間隔(13)の間、速度を切替運動に適合させる減衰電流強さ(I3)に調節する方法ステップを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記電磁弁(1)が、上側の境界電流強さ(9)を上回る電流強さを有する前記切替電流(8)が存在することにより、第1の位置から第2の位置へ切替え可能であり、前記予備通電電流強さ(I1)が上側の境界電流強さ(9)を下回っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記予備通電電流強さ(I1)が、前記上側の境界電流強さの少なくとも90%である、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記電磁弁(1)が、下側の境界電流強さ(10)を下回る電流強さを有する前記切替電流(8)が存在することにより、第2の位置から第1の位置へ切替え可能であり、前記予備通電電流強さ(I1)が前記下側の境界電流強さ(10)を上回っている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記予備通電電流強さ(I1)が前記下側の境界電流強さの高くとも110%である、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記電磁弁(1)の弁体(4)の位置を、少なくとも前記ステップd)の継続時間中に監視する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- コントロールユニット(15)において、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って切替電流(8)により電磁弁(1)を切替えるためのコントロールユニット(15)。
- コンピュータプログラムにおいて、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法のすべてのステップを実行するように構成された、コンピュータプログラム。
- 機械読み取り可能な記憶媒体において、請求項11記載のコンピュータプログラムが記憶されている、機械読み取り可能な記憶媒体。
