混濁度と患者の症状の質問の組み合わせ。
散乱光の度合い又は混濁度レベルと、閾値又は遷移領域との比較。例えば、腹膜炎を患っていない患者のヒストグラム値と、腹膜炎を患っている患者のヒストグラムとの比較とすることができる。両方のヒストグラムはオーバーラップする場合がある。従って、遷移領域又は固定閾値はオーバーラップ領域内にあることになる。

Claims (18)
- 腹膜炎の症状を検出する方法であって、
スマートフォンを使用してドレナージ溶液及び/又はカテーテル出口部位の写真を撮影する、及び/又は、スマートフォンの入力ゾーンを介して患者により入力される、少なくとも1つの質問パラメータを入力するステップと、
前記写真及び/又は前記質問パラメータを評価するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記写真を撮るステップは、散乱光測定原理を使用して実行され、輝度値及び/又は色値を、特に、前記スマートフォンの前記カメラの全画素範囲にわたって又は全画素範囲の一部にわたって計算及び平均化する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記計算値は、例えば、透明溶液、特に前記患者に供給された腹膜透析溶液で満たされたホース部品で測定した、基準値又は閾値に相関付けられる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記散乱光測定は、反射光で行う、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記写真の画像認識を行う、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記写真は、腹膜透析機械のホースの中の及び/又はバッグの中のドレナージ溶液の写真である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ドレナージ溶液の前記写真を評価するために、前記ホース及び/又は前記バッグにおける少なくとも1つのマーキングを使用する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 写真を用いて前記ホースの2つの領域が評価され、1つの領域が腹膜透析機械の流入部に対応し、1つの領域が前記腹膜透析機械の流出部に対応する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 腹膜炎の症状を認識するためのコンピュータプログラム、特にフォトカメラ及び入力ゾーンを有するスマートフォン用アプリであって、前記プログラムは、前記スマートフォンを用いて撮影したドレナージ溶液及び/又はカテーテル出口部位の少なくとも1枚の写真を評価する、及び/又は前記入力ゾーンによって患者が入力した質問パラメータを評価する、コンピュータプログラム。
- 前記プログラムは、散乱光測定原理に従って写真の撮影を行い、輝度値及び/又は色値を計算し、特に前記カメラの全画素範囲にわたって又は全画素範囲の一部にわたって平均化する、請求項9に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記散乱光測定は、反射光で行う、請求項9又は10に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- プログラムは、前記写真の画像認識を行う、請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記写真は、腹膜透析機械のホースの中の及び/又はバッグの中のドレナージ溶液の写真である、請求項9から12に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記ドレナージ溶液の前記写真を評価するために、前記ホース及び/又は前記バッグに少なくとも1つのマーキングを提供する、少なくとも請求項13に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 写真を用いて前記ホースの2つの領域が評価され、1つの領域が腹膜透析機械の流入部に対応し、1つの領域が前記腹膜透析機械の流出部に対応する、請求項9から14のいずれか1項に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- フォトカメラ、入力ゾーンを有し、さらに請求項9から15のいずれか1項に記載の腹膜炎の症状を検出するためのコンピュータプログラムを有し及び/又は請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するためのプロセッサを有するスマートフォン。
- スマートフォン用、特に請求項16に記載のスマートフォン用の保持装置であって、
前記スマートフォンを保持するための保持領域、ホースを保持するためのホース保持領域、及び前記保持領域に保持された前記スマートフォンを用いて前記ホース保持領域に保持されたホースの写真を撮影することができるように構成された窓を有する保持装置。 - 前記保持装置に結合することができる遮光ホースカバーを備え、前記スマートフォンを用いて写真撮影される領域が陰になるようになっている、請求項17に記載の保持装置。
