(a)ポリマー中間層をそれらの間に有している外側ペイン及び内側ペインを、重ねて面状に配置する、ここで、中間層の領域を、異なる材料でできている第一くさび埋め込み体及び第二くさび埋め込み体から形成し、第一くさび埋め込み体及び第二くさび埋め込み体は、くさび形状であり、かつ、それぞれ、くさび面を有しており、ここで、くさび面を、互いに重ねて配置し、それにより、複合ペインの下方端部から上方端部への方向において、第一くさび埋め込み体の厚みが増加し、かつ、第二くさび埋め込み体の厚みが減少するようにし、かつ、ここで、少なくとも1つのくさび埋め込み体が、外側ペイン及び内側ペインの屈折率とは異なる屈折率を有している。
(b)外側ペインを、中間層を介して、内側ペインに、積層によって結合させる。
シミュレーションを行って、本発明の技術的な効果を評価し、かつ明らかにした。シミュレーションは、60°の複合ペインの設置角度α、1.2mmの中間層の厚み、1.52の外側ペイン1及び内側ペイン2の屈折率、1.78の第一くさび埋め込み体4の屈折率、並びに、1.38の第二くさび埋め込み体5の屈折率、に基づいていた。くさび埋め込み体4,5のサイズは、35mm(垂直)×30mm(水平)であった。くさび埋め込み体4,5は、2.2°のくさび角度γを有していた。

Claims (15)
- ポリマー中間層を介して互いに結合しているガラス製の外側ペイン(1)及びガラス製の内側ペイン(2)を少なくとも有している乗り物複合ペインであって、
前記中間層の領域が、異なる材料でできている第一くさび埋め込み体(4)及び第二くさび埋め込み体(5)から形成されており、これらのくさび埋め込み体が、くさび形状であり、かつ、それぞれ、くさび面(13)を有しており、前記くさび面(13)が、重なり合って配置されており、それにより、複合ペインの下方端部(U)から上方端部(O)の方向において、前記第一くさび埋め込み体(4)の厚みが増加し、かつ、前記第二くさび埋め込み体(5)の厚みが減少するようになっており、
少なくとも1つの前記くさび埋め込み体(4,5)が、前記外側ペイン(1)及び前記内側ペイン(2)の屈折率とは異なる屈折率を有している、
乗り物複合ペイン。 - 前記第一くさび埋め込み体(4)が、前記外側ペイン(1)及び前記内側ペイン(2)の屈折率よりも大きい屈折率を有しており、かつ/又は、前記第二くさび埋め込み体(5)が、前記外側ペイン(1)及び前記内側ペイン(2)の屈折率よりも小さい屈折率を有している、請求項1に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 前記外側ペイン(1)及び前記内側ペイン(2)の屈折率と、前記第一くさび埋め込み体(4)及び/又は前記第二くさび埋め込み体の屈折率との間の差異が、少なくとも0.1、好ましくは少なくとも0.2である、請求項1又は2に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 前記第一くさび埋め込み体(4)が、1.6〜2.0、好ましくは1.65〜1.8の屈折率を有している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 前記第一くさび埋め込み体(4)が、ポリカーボネート(PC)を含有している、請求項4に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 前記第二くさび埋め込み体(5)が、1.1〜1.45、好ましくは1.2〜1.4の屈折率を有している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 前記第二くさび埋め込み体(5)が、フッ化マグネシウムを含有している、請求項6に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 前記第一くさび埋め込み体及び前記第二くさび埋め込み体が、少なくとも1°のくさび角度γを有している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 前記くさび埋め込み体(4,5)が、ぞれぞれ、接着性フィルム(6)を介して、前記外側ペイン(1)及び前記内側ペイン(2)の表面に結合している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 前記くさび埋め込み体(4,5)が、熱可塑性積層フィルム(3)によって、枠様の様式で囲まれている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 光学センサ(7)が、前記内側ペイン(2)の、前記中間層から離れて面している表面に固定されており、この光学センサが、前記複合ペインの、前記くさび埋め込み体(4,5)を有している前記領域に向いている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 前記センサ(7)が、前記複合ペインに対して、45°〜90°の角度(β)で配置されている、請求項11に記載の乗り物複合ペイン。
- 下記である、乗り物複合ペインを製造する方法:
(a)外側ペイン(1)及び内側ペイン(2)を、それらの間にポリマー中間層を伴って、重ね合わせて面状に配置する、
