Abstract
Description
Claims (28)
- 血液入口(2)、血液出口(3)、ガス入口(4)、およびガス出口(5)を有するハウジングチャンバ(12)を画定するハウジング壁(11)と、前記血液入口(2)と前記血液出口(3)との間で酸素付加装置内に配置されて、前記ハウジングチャンバ(12)を通って流れる血液の温度を制御する加熱要素(13)とを有する酸素付加装置(10)において、前記酸素付加装置が電気接続部(15、16)を有し、前記加熱要素(13)が電気抵抗(14)を有することを特徴とする酸素付加装置(10)。
- 前記加熱要素(13)が、前記ハウジングチャンバ(12)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記加熱要素(13)が、前記ハウジング壁(11)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 特に中空繊維などのメンブレンを有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 流体ラインを保持するための封入層を有し、前記加熱要素(13)が前記封入層内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 少なくとも1つの温度センサ(24)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 温度制御デバイス(25)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記温度制御デバイス(25)がコンソール(26)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記温度制御装置(25)が、前記加熱要素(13)の温度を様々な位置で個別に設定または制御することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記加熱要素(13)が、前記ハウジングチャンバ内の異なる位置で異なる加熱パワーを送達することを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記加熱要素(13)が、前記酸素付加装置の様々な位置に位置決め可能な複数の加熱部分要素(28、29、30)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記加熱要素(27)が、互いに別々に作動可能な複数の加熱部分要素(28、29、30)を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記加熱要素(13)が、前記酸素付加装置内で前記ガス入口(4)と前記ガス出口(5)との間に配置されて、前記ハウジングチャンバ(12)を通って流れるガスの温度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- さらに、前記ハウジング壁(11)が、外向きの流体通路(2、3、4、5)を4つのみ有することを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記加熱要素(13)の一部が配置されている少なくとも1つのコネクタを有することを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記加熱要素(13)に熱を伝導するための熱伝導構成を有することを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記ハウジングチャンバ(12)内の前記加熱要素(13)からの熱を分散するための熱伝導構成を有することを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記ハウジングチャンバ内を流れる血液を断熱するために断熱層を有することを特徴とする請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記ハウジングチャンバ内を流れる血液からの熱放射を反射するために反射層を有することを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記層が透明または一部透明であることを特徴とする請求項18または19に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記抵抗(14)が金属、好ましくは銅または銅ニッケル合金であることを特徴とする請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記抵抗(14)が、加熱時に電気抵抗が低下する金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記抵抗(14)が、プラスチック、またはカーボンもしくはグラファイトを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記加熱要素(13)が、抵抗(14)として電熱ワイヤを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- マンドレル形状の保持要素を備えた中央開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から24のいずれか一項に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 前記マンドレル形状の保持要素が前記加熱要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の酸素付加装置。
- 酸素付加装置(10)の加熱要素(13)での放熱を制御するための方法であって、前記酸素付加装置(10)を通る血液の流量、または前記流量に影響を及ぼすポンプのパワーが測定され、それに基づいて前記加熱パワーが調節される方法。
- 前記加熱要素(13)が、互いに別々に作動可能な複数の加熱部分要素(28、29、30)を有し、前記加熱部分要素(28、29、30)が、前記加熱部分要素(28、29、30)における血液の温度と前記加熱部分要素(28、29、30)の温度との温度差が所定の値を超えないように作動されることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の方法。
