Description
Claims (15)
- 医療用注入流体を加温するため医療用注入流体と熱交換する装置であって、該装置は、細長いヒートパイプ(12)と、前記ヒートパイプの一方の端部に熱接触するよう取り付けた熱源(17)と、前記ヒートパイプに熱接触して前記ヒートパイプ(12)の外側面に沿って延在する注入流体流路(20)とを備え、前記熱源(17)は熱を前記ヒートパイプ(12)に伝達し、前記ヒートパイプは前記注入流体流路(20)に沿って流れる流体に熱を伝達することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記ヒートパイプ(12)に沿う前記注入流体流路(20)は、前記ヒートパイプの長さを超える長さを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2記載の装置において、前記注入流体流路(20)は、前記ヒートパイプ(12)の外側面に沿いかつ外側面周囲に螺旋状に延在することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項3記載の装置において、前記注入流体流路(20)は、螺旋状外部輪郭を有する熱伝導材料製の内側スリーブ(21)と、前記内側スリーブの周囲に同軸状に延在する外側スリーブ(26)との間に設けることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4記載の装置において、熱伝達物質が前記ヒートパイプ(12)の外側面と、前記内側スリーブ(21)の内面との間における空間を充填することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4又は5記載の装置において、前記外側スリーブ(26)は断熱材料製とすることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記注入流体流路(20)は前記ヒートパイプ(12)から分離可能とし、異なる患者での使用のために取外し及び交換できるようにすることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記ヒートパイプは螺旋輪郭を有する外表面を有し、また前記注入流体流路は、前記ヒートパイプの前記外表面と外側スリーブとの間に画定することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記熱源は、正温度係数ヒータ(17)を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記注入流体流路(20)の入口(3)を前記ヒートパイプ(12)の一方の端部で前記熱源(17)に隣接配置し、また前記注入流体流路の出口(4)を前記ヒートパイプの反対側端部近傍に配置することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記装置は、前記熱源(17)を制御するよう構成した制御ユニット(11)と、及び前記装置の出口経路(5)に配置した温度センサ(18)とを備え、前記温度センサ(18)の出力を前記制御ユニット(11)に供給することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10記載の装置において、前記制御ユニット(11)は、前記出口(4)における流体の温度をほぼ37℃になるよう制御する構成とすることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項記載の熱交換装置を有する医療用注入流体加温システムであって、該システムは、注入流体流路(20)の入口(3)に接続する注入流体の流体源(1)、及び前記注入流体流路の出口(4)と患者に接続したカテーテル(6)との間に延在する流体接続部(5)を備え、前記流体源(1)からの流体を前記熱交換装置によって加温し、また前記カテーテル(6)を介して患者に供給することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項13記載のシステムにおいて、前記注入流体の流体源は、生理食塩水の懸垂バッグ(1)とすることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項13又は14記載のシステムにおいて、前記注入流体流路(20)の前記入口(3)は、前記熱源(17)を取り付ける前記ヒートパイプ(12)の端部近傍に配置することを特徴とするシステム。
