Description
・回転負荷を、定速ドライバによって、第1の入力シャフトと、第2の入力シャフトと、出力シャフトとを備えており、第1の入力シャフトは定速ドライバに駆動可能に結合し、出力シャフトは負荷に駆動可能に結合している速度加算ギア機構を介して、駆動するステップと、
・ドライバからの動力の一部を、ドライバおよび速度加算ギア機構の第2の入力シャフトに機械的に結合した連続可変伝達デバイスを介して伝達することによって、回転負荷の速度を変化させるステップと
を含む方法に関する。
Ωnは、遊星ギア列の最後のギア(図3および図4の実施形態においては、サンギア39)の回転速度であり、
Ωpは、遊星キャリア(図3および図4の33)の回転速度であり、

Claims (13)
- 定速ドライバ(3)と、
前記定速ドライバ(3)によって駆動されて回転するように構成された回転負荷(5)と、
前記負荷(5)の回転速度を制御可能に変化させるコントローラ(12)と、
前記定速ドライバ(3)と前記負荷(5)との間に配置された可変速伝達装置(11)と
を備えており、
前記可変速伝達装置(11)は、第1の入力シャフト(23)と、第2の入力シャフト(25)と、出力シャフト(27)とを有する速度加算ギア機構(21)を備え、
前記出力シャフト(27)は、前記回転負荷(5)に駆動可能に結合し、
前記第1の入力シャフト(23)は、前記定速ドライバ(3)に駆動可能に結合し、前記出力シャフト(27)の速度は、前記第1の入力シャフト(23)および前記第2の入力シャフト(25)の速度の関数であり、
連続可変伝達デバイス(43;143;243;343)が、前記定速ドライバ(3)に機械的に結合し、前記速度加算ギア機構(21)の前記第2の入力シャフト(25)の速度を変更するように構成され、
前記連続可変伝達デバイス(43;143;243;343)は、前記定速ドライバ(3)の回転速度を一定にしたままで前記出力シャフト(27)に駆動可能に結合した前記負荷の回転速度を変更できるように、前記コントローラ(12)に機能的に結合している、システム(1)。 - 前記連続可変伝達デバイス(43;143;243;343)は、駆動部材(61;161;245;347)および被駆動部材(63;163;247;345)を備え、前記駆動部材は、前記定速ドライバ(3)に機械的に結合し、前記被駆動部材は、前記速度加算ギア機構(21)の前記第2の入力シャフト(25)に機械的に結合している、請求項1に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記被駆動部材は、前記駆動部材に実質的に同軸に配置されている、請求項2に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記駆動部材(61;161;245;347)および前記被駆動部材(63;163;247;345)は、両者の間で可変のトルクを伝達するように構成され、前記第2の入力シャフト(25)の速度は、前記駆動部材と前記被駆動部材との間の伝達トルクを調整することによって変更される、請求項2または3に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記連続可変伝達デバイス(43;343)は、磁気継手を備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項または複数の項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記連続可変伝達デバイス(243)は、流体粘性ドライバを備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項または複数の項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 連続可変伝達デバイス(143)は、前記定速ドライバ(3)に駆動可能に結合した入力トラクションリング(161)と、前記速度加算ギア機構(21)の前記第2の入力シャフト(25)に駆動可能に結合した出力トラクションリング(163)と、前記入力トラクションリングおよび前記出力トラクションリングに摩擦を伴って接触した複数のトラクションプラネット(165)とを備え、各々のトラクションプラネットは、各々のトラクションプラネットに傾けることができる回転軸をもたらすように動作可能に構成された遊星軸上に取り付けられている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項または複数の項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記速度加算ギア機構(21)は、遊星ギア列を備える、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記遊星ギア列は、複合遊星機構を備える、請求項8に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記連続可変伝達デバイスを、前記駆動シャフト(13)と前記速度加算ギア機構(21)の前記第2の入力シャフト(25)との間に配置された複数のギアまたは歯車(51、52、53;45;41)によって形成された固定比のギア列に組み合わせることができる、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項または複数の項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 可変速の回転負荷(5)を動作させるための方法であって、
前記回転負荷(5)を、定速ドライバ(3)によって、第1の入力シャフト(23)と、第2の入力シャフト(25)と、出力シャフト(27)とを備えており、前記第1の入力シャフト(23)は前記定速ドライバ(3)に駆動可能に結合し、前記出力シャフトは前記負荷に駆動可能に結合し、前記出力シャフト(27)の速度は前記第1の入力シャフト(23)および第2の入力シャフト(25)の速度の関数である速度加算ギア機構(21)を介して、駆動するステップと、
前記定速ドライバ(3)からの動力の一部を、前記定速ドライバおよび前記速度加算ギア機構の前記第2の入力シャフトに機械的に結合した連続可変伝達デバイス(43;143;243;343)を介して伝達することによって、前記回転負荷(5)の速度を変化させるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記連続可変伝達デバイス(43;143;243;343)は、磁気継手、流体粘性ドライバ、ならびに入力トラクションリングと、出力トラクションリングと、前記入力トラクションリングおよび前記出力トラクションリングに摩擦を伴って接触した両者の間の複数のトラクションプラネットとの組み合わせのうちの1つを備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記連続可変伝達デバイスは、駆動部材(61;161;245;347)および被駆動部材(63;163;247;345)を備え、前記駆動部材は、前記定速ドライバ(3)に機械的に結合し、前記被駆動部材は、前記速度加算ギア機構(21)の前記第2の入力シャフト(25)に機械的に結合し、前記回転負荷(5)の速度を変化させるステップは、前記駆動部材と前記被駆動部材との間の伝達トルクを変化させることによって前記第2の入力シャフトの速度を調整するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
