Claims (6)
- 粉末状基本材料から三次元物体を層の積み重ねにより製造する生成的製造方法からの残粉体を処理する方法において、先ず、前記基礎材料の第一の層を構築プラットホーム上に施与し、これを、その後、構築すべき物体の第一の平面の座標に応じてレーザーまたは他の放射線源で照射及び硬化し、この際、この第一の平面での加工の終了後に、構築プラットホームを、他の平面の層厚の分降下させ、そして新しい粉末層を施与し、そしてこの際、これらのプロセスステップを、三次元物体が構築されるまで平面の数に応じて繰り返し、その完成の後に、レーザーが及んだ領域の外に粉末状材料が残粉体として残留する方法であって、残粉体を粉砕機を用いて細化することにより機械的加工に付すことを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 残粉体の機械的な加工が、窒素を供給しながら行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 残粉体の機械的な加工が、−40℃と+80℃との間の温度範囲で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 機械的加工の間に、先ず水及び/またはエタノールを残粉体に吹きつけ、その後、再び乾燥することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 残粉体が、新粉体としての状態での元々の粒度に相当する粒度に細化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 残粉体が、新粉体としての状態での元々の粒度よりも小さい粒度に細化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
