Claims (6)
- バリエータが、原動機に連結された入力と、出力とを有する、無段変速機を有する車両の発進時における出力トルク不足低減方法であって、当該方法は:
前記変速機の変速比変化率を決定するステップと;
(i)前記変速機の決定された変速比変化率、および
(ii)前記変速機の構成
に基づいて前記バリエータの必要とされるモータ速度比変化率の値を予測するステップと;
前記必要とされるモータ速度比変化率の値を達成するように、前記バリエータ出力の速度を調整するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記バリエータがポンプとモータとを含み、前記モータが前記バリエータ出力であって、前記バリエータモータの速度が前記バリエータポンプの変位量を変えることによって調整される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バリエータがポンプとモータとを含み、前記モータが前記バリエータ出力であって、前記バリエータモータの速度が、前記予測されたモータ速度比変化率の値に基づいてトルク補正値を計算すること、前記トルク補正値に基づいてトルク補正コマンドを前記原動機の制御におけるトルク制御プロセスに適用すること、および前記トルク補正コマンドに応答して前記原動機の出力速度を変えること、によって調整される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記変速機の変速比変化率を決定する前記ステップが、前記変速機の入力速度および出力速度を測定することを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記変速機の変速比変化率を決定する前記ステップが、次の変数:前記車両のオペレータから受信される変速機出力トルク要求;前記変速機出力に適用される車両の荷重;および前記変速機出力に反映される車両の慣性力;のうちの1つ以上に基づいて、前記変速機の出力速度変化率を予測することを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記変速機の変速比変化率を決定する前記ステップが:
前記変速機の入力速度を測定すること;
前記変速機の出力速度を測定すること;
前記測定された変速機の入力速度および出力速度に基づいて変速比変化率を計算すること;
次の変数:前記車両のオペレータから受信される変速機出力トルク要求;前記変速機出力に適用される車両の荷重;および前記変速機出力に反映される車両の慣性力のうちの1つ以上に基づいて、前記変速機の出力速度変化率を予測すること;ならびに、
前記計算された変速比変化率と前記予測された変速機の出力速度変化率とが互いに所定の誤差要因の範囲内にあるかどうかを判定すること、を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
