Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 溶射装置(4)、とりわけプラズマ溶射装置(4)またはHVOF溶射装置を用いて、粉末コーティング材(3)により湾曲面(1)、とりわけボア壁またはシリンダ壁(2)の凹形状の内面(1)をコーティングするコーティング法であって、
アークにより前記粉末コーティング材(3)からコーティング用ジェット(7)を生成するために、前記溶射装置(4)の銃シャフト(5)上に銃(6)が設けられ、前記銃(6)は、所定の回転数(N)で前記銃シャフト(5)のシャフト軸線(A)を中心として回転され、
前記湾曲面(1)にコーティング(8)を付着させるための前記コーティング用ジェット(7)は、前記シャフト軸線(A)から前記湾曲面(1)に向かって少なくともある程度半径方向に向けられる、コーティング法において、
前記銃(6)の基本回転数(N0)よりも大きい前記銃(6)の回転数(N)が選択され、前記粉末コーティング材(3)の搬送速度(F)は、前記銃(6)の前記回転数(N)に適合するように所定の規則に従って変更されることを特徴とするコーティング法。 - 前記粉末コーティング材(3)は、前記銃(6)の前記回転数(N)が大きいと前記粉末コーティング材(3)の搬送速度(F)も大きくなるように選択されるように、前記銃(6)の前記回転数(N)に適合された所定の搬送速度(F)で前記銃(6)へ搬送される、請求項1に記載されたコーティング法。
- 前記銃(6)の前記基本回転数(N0)および前記基本回転数(N0)に対応する基本搬送速度(F0)は、前記粉末コーティング材(3)を搬送するために事前に決定される、請求項1または請求項2に記載されたコーティング法。
- 前記基本回転数(N0)および前記基本回転数(N0)に対応する前記基本搬送速度(F0)は、使用される前記粉末コーティング材(3)に応じて選択される、請求項3に記載されたコーティング法。
- 前記回転数(N)は、事前に決定された回転係数(FMN)によって前記基本回転数(N0)を超えるようにN=FMN×N0により選択され、同時に前記搬送速度(F)は、事前に決定された搬送係数(FMF)によって前記基本搬送速度(F0)を超えるようにF=FMFxF0により選択される、請求項3または請求項4に記載されたコーティング法。
- 前記搬送係数(FMF)は、前記回転係数(FMN)と等しくなるように選択される、請求項5に記載されたコーティング法。
- 前記コーティング(8)の層の厚さ(D)は、FV=FMN/FMFによる係数比(FV)の選択によって決定される、請求項5または請求項6に記載されたコーティング法。
- 前記回転係数(FMN)および/または前記搬送係数(FMF)の好適な選択によって、とりわけFV=FMN/FMFによる係数比(FV)の好適な選択によって、前記コーティング(8)の層特性、とりわけ前記コーティング(8)の硬度、微小硬度、気孔率、降伏強度、弾性率、接着強度または他の層特性が決定される、請求項5から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載されたコーティング法。
- 前記回転数(N)は、200rpm超、好ましくは400rpm超、または600rpm超、とりわけ800rpm以上である、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載されたコーティング法。
- 前記搬送速度(F)は、25g/分超、好ましくは50g/分超、または50g/分超、とりわけ100g/分以上である、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載されたコーティング法。
- 前記コーティング材(3)は、セラミックコーティング材(3)、とりわけTiO2またはCrO3である、および/または
前記コーティング材(3)は、金属コーティング材(3)、とりわけ低合金鋼、とりわけFe-1.4Cr-1.4Mn-1.2Cである、請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか一項に記載されたコーティング法。 - 同一または異なるコーティング材(3)で構成される多層コーティング(8)が付着させられる、および/または
前記多層コーティング(8)は、同一または異なる層特性、とりわけ硬度、微小硬度、気孔率、降伏強度、弾性率または接着強度を有する、請求項1から請求項11までのいずれか一項に記載されたコーティング法。 - 請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載されたコーティング法によって、シリンダ壁(2)の内面(1)に、とりわけ内燃機関用のシリンダのシリンダ走行面に付着させられた熱コーティング(8)。
- 請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載されたコーティング法によって、シリンダのシリンダ走行面に付着させられた、請求項13に記載された熱コーティング(8)を有する内燃機関のシリンダ。
