Claims (20)

前記洗浄ラインガスチャネルは、前記制御ユニットの洗浄ラインガス出力部からガスを受け取るように構成され、
前記ピストンは、前記受け取ったガスによる前記洗浄ラインガスチャネル内の圧力の増加によって起動され、これにより液体が前記洗浄コンテナから排出されるように構成され、
前記洗浄ライン洗浄チャネルは、前記排出された液体を前記スコープに伝達するように構成されるチャネルデバイス。 - 前記洗浄ラインは、前記洗浄コンテナが前記洗浄ラインにあるとき、前記洗浄コンテナ内の液体が補充されるように構成されたバルブを備える請求項1に記載のチャネルデバイス。
- 前記洗浄コンテナは、液体の交換供給を可能とするために、前記洗浄ライン内で交換洗浄コンテナに交換可能である請求項1または2に記載のチャネルデバイス。

- 請求項1に記載のチャネルデバイスとスコープアクセサリとを備え、
前記スコープアクセサリは、ガスおよび/または液体を、スコープの光学表面を横断して導くように構成されるアセンブリ。 - 前記スコープアクセサリは、ガスおよび/または液体を、前記スコープアクセサリの入力端から前記スコープアクセサリの出力端に伝達するように構成された導管を備える請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スコープアクセサリは、前記スコープを取り外し可能に受け取るように構成される
請求項6または7に記載のアセンブリ。 - チャネルデバイスとスコープアクセサリを介してスコープの光学表面を横断するガスおよび/または液体のフローを制御するための制御ユニットであって、
ガスの供給を受け取るためのガス入り口と、
ガス供給からの第1のガス出力を出力し、前記光学表面を横断するガスのフローを生成するためのガスラインガス出力部と、
前記ガス供給からの第2のガス出力を出力し、前記光学表面を横断する液体のフローを生成するための洗浄ラインガス出力部とを備える制御ユニット。 - 前記ガスラインガス出力部を通ったガスフローの二値制御を与えるために、閉位置と完全開位置との間で切り替え可能なガスライン二値バルブを備える請求項9に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記ガスラインガス出力部を通ったガスフローの可変制御を与えるために、少なくとも閉位置と部分開位置と完全開位置とを含む複数の位置の間で切り替え可能なガスライン可変バルブを備える請求項9または10に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記洗浄ラインガス出力部を通ったガスフローの二値制御を与えるために、閉位置と完全開位置との間で切り替え可能な洗浄ライン二値バルブを備える請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記洗浄ラインガス出力部を通ったガスフローの可変制御を与えるために、少なくとも閉位置と部分開位置と完全開位置とを含む複数の位置の間で切り替え可能な洗浄ライン可変バルブを備える請求項9から12のいずれかに記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記チャネルデバイスの存在を検知し、前記チャネルデバイスの特性を識別するように構成された識別センサを備える請求項9から13のいずれかに記載の制御ユニット。
- 所定のガスフロールーティンと所定の液体フロールーティンを含む少なくとも1つの所定のフロールーティンを実行するように構成された請求項9から14のいずれかに記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの所定のフロールーティンの第1のルーティンは、第1の期間と、第1の期間の後の第2の期間を備え、
前記ガスラインガス出力部を通る平均ガスフローレートは、第1の期間での平均ガスフローレート方が、第2の期間での平均ガスフローレートより大きい請求項15に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記少なくとも1つの所定のフロールーティンの第1のルーティンで、前記洗浄ラインガス出力部を通るガスフローレートは、前記第1の期間中および前記第2の期間中は0である請求項16に記載の制御ユニット。

- 前記少なくとも1つの所定のフロールーティンの第2のルーティンは、ガスライン洗浄出力部を通るガスフローのパルスを少なくとも1つ備える請求項15から18のいずれかに記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記スコープの光学表面が前記光学表面に結露が発生すると予想される環境に入れられたことの判断に応答して、前記第1のガス出力と前記第2のガス出力の少なくとも1つを起動するように構成された請求項9から19のいずれかに記載の制御ユニット。
