Abstract
Description
前記シリンダは、シリンダ短軸を含み、該シリンダ短軸に導油管の運動に運動空間を提供するための貫通孔構造が設置され、前記導油管が貫通孔構造内に設置され、
前記導油管の一端が前記回転軸に取り付けられ、前記導油管の出口端が前記回転軸孔と突合せ接続され、前記導油管内に導油片が設置される。
図1〜図5に示すように、本実施形態は、回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体を提供し、該回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体は、上部フランジ1、回転軸2、ピストン3、シリンダ4、シリンダライナー5及び下部フランジ6を含み、ピストン3はシリンダ4のピストン孔41内に取り付けられ、シリンダ4のシリンダ短軸42は下部フランジ6に取り付けられるとともに、シリンダライナー5はシリンダ4と同軸に取り付けられ、下部フランジ6はシリンダライナー5の下端に固定され、回転軸2のピストン支持面はピストン平面に嵌合して取り付けられ、上部フランジ1は、回転軸2の上半分を固定するとともに、ネジによりシリンダライナー5の上端に固定される。
図6〜図9に示すように、本実施形態では、導油通路の別の構造形式を提供し、図6、図7に示すように、この導油通路は、導油管7である。シリンダ4は、シリンダ短軸42を含み、該シリンダ短軸42に導油管7の運動に運動空間を提供するための貫通孔構造48が設置され、導油管7が貫通孔構造48内に設置され、導油管7の一端が回転軸2に取り付けられ、導油管7の出口端が回転軸孔21と突合せ接続され、導油管7内に導油片8が設置される。該導油片の構造は実施形態1において言及した回転軸孔導油片22の構造と同じである。

Claims (10)
- 回転軸(2)、ピストン(3)及びシリンダ(4)を含み、前記回転軸(2)内に回転軸孔(21)が設置され、前記シリンダ(4)内に前記回転軸孔(21)に連通する導油通路が設置された回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体であって、
前記シリンダ(4)の内端面に沈み溝(45)が開設され、前記沈み溝(45)とピストン(3)との間に、シリンダ(4)の圧縮室に対して密封された油路が形成され、該油路が、ピストン(3)と回転軸(2)との間の油路に連通するとともに、油戻し通路を介して導油通路に連通することを特徴とする回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体。 - 前記油戻し通路は、シリンダ(4)に設置されたシリンダ油孔(46)を含み、シリンダ油孔(46)が沈み溝(45)の溝底及びシリンダ(4)の外表面を貫通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体。
- 前記油戻し通路は、前記シリンダ短軸(42)に設置されたシリンダ短軸孔(47)をさらに含み、前記シリンダ短軸孔(47)がシリンダ油孔(46)に連通し、前記シリンダ短軸(42)の内表面及び外表面を貫通するように設置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体。
- 前記回転軸孔(21)と前記導油通路との交差する面積は、前記回転軸孔(21)の断面積の20%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体。
- 前記シリンダ(4)はシリンダ短軸(42)を含み、前記導油通路はシリンダ短軸(42)内に設置されたシリンダ孔(43)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載の回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体。
- 前記導油通路は、導油管(7)であり、前記シリンダ(4)は、シリンダ短軸(42)を含み、該シリンダ短軸(42)に導油管(7)の運動に運動空間を提供するための貫通孔構造(48)が設置され、前記導油管(7)が貫通孔構造(48)内に設置され、
前記導油管(7)の一端が前記回転軸(2)に取り付けられ、前記導油管(7)の出口端が前記回転軸孔(21)と突合せ接続され、前記導油管(7)内に導油片(8)が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載の回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体。 - 前記回転軸孔(21)内に回転軸孔導油片(22)が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体。
- 前記ピストン(3)の側壁に前記ピストン(3)の内表面及び外表面を貫通するピストン油孔(31)が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体。
- 前記回転軸孔(21)の入口端は外側に向かって開いたテーパ構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の回転シリンダピストン圧縮機のポンプ本体を含むことを特徴とする圧縮機。
