Claims (20)
- 炭化水素原料を分解する方法であって、
分解反応器に炭化水素原料を導入することと、
前記分解反応器に少なくとも1つのアルデヒドまたはケトンを含む発熱材料(HGM)流を導入することと、
前記炭化水素原料及び前記HGM流を気化させることと、
前記炭化水素原料を分解して分解生成物を生成することと、
を含み、前記分解生成物が、C1−C4炭化水素及びC5+炭化水素を含む、方法。 - 前記炭化水素原料及びHGM流が、前記分解反応器に導入された後に気化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素原料及びHGM流が、前記分解反応器に導入される前に気化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記HGM流が、ケトンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記HGM流が、アルデヒドを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルデヒドが、水に溶解したホルムアルデヒドである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 水に溶解した前記ホルムアルデヒドが、有機溶媒によって安定化される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記有機溶媒が、メタノールである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記HGM流が、アルコール、追加のケトン、または追加のアルデヒドをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分解生成物が、エチレン、プロピレン、ブテン類、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン類、エチルベンゼン、H2、メタン、エタン、LPG、ナフサ、ガソリン、及びガス油類を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分解反応器が、少なくとも1つの触媒床反応器である、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記触媒床反応器が、流動床反応器、固定床反応器、スラリー反応器、または移動床反応器を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒床反応器が、固定床反応器である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記固体酸触媒が、ZSM−5触媒である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ZSM−5触媒が、少なくとも10のSi/Alモル比を有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ZSM−5触媒が、少なくとも30のSi/Alモル比を有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ZSM−5触媒が、リン、ホウ素、ニッケル、鉄、タングステン、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記HGM流及び前記炭化水素原料流が、1:10〜10:1の重量比で供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
