Abstract
Description
本発明の主な目的は、多段エアレーション発生装置を提供することである。技術案は以下の通りである。
S1、空気を溶解ポンプに進入させ、廃水と混合する;
S2、混合した廃水、空気をエアレーションし、微細気泡を生成して廃水液と混合する;
S3、混合した溶液を浮選槽に分散させ、ろ過および汚水処理を行う。
(1)本発明で開示する多段エアレーション発生装置において、該装置の設計は斬新で、ベンチュリノズルおよび同心管の組合せは、持続的および安定した非常に微細な泡沫を提供することができ、さらに入力動作パラメータを変更すると、すぐに出力を変動させることができ;空気の送給およびポンプの速度を制御することにより、適当な密度および寸法の泡沫が生成され、後続の処理に用いる。
1、空気を溶解ポンプに進入させ、廃水と混合する。
(1)まず、空気および廃水を混合し、ポンプ内断面に沿って、飽和まで気化させる。第1ベンチュリノズルおよび同心管の組合せに進入する前に、このときHenryの法則に基づいて、特定の液圧力下で、溶解空気がここで「気相、水相の相平衡」を形成すると説明することができる。大部分の溶解していない空気は、相対して大きな泡沫を混合する形式でかき混ぜられる。
a.「白色水流」を平均的に浮選タンクに分散させる。
b.「白色水流」から溶解していない空気を採取して排出する。これら2つの具体的な目的は、いずれも(空気の泡沫の浮遊速度により形成される)凝集、滞留の破壊を最小化することである。

Claims (10)
- 発生装置本体と、発生装置本体に取り付けられる圧力検査装置と、ベンチュリノズルとを含む多段エアレーション発生装置であって、さらに毛細導管および同心管を含み、前記毛細導管の一端はベンチュリノズルと接続され、もう一端は同心管と接続されることを特徴とする発生装置。
- 前記ベンチュリノズルがノズル本体、ノズル前端入口装置およびノズル後端出口装置を含み、前記ノズル本体の一端はノズル前端入口装置と接続され、もう一端はノズル後端出口装置と接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多段エアレーション発生装置。
- 前記同心管が内部管状部材、未加工体および外部管状部材を含み、前記未加工体の一端は内部管状部材と接続され、もう一端は外部管状部材と接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多段エアレーション発生装置。
- 前記内部管状部材にさらに多層の同心層が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多段エアレーション発生装置。
- 前記圧力検査装置が圧力センサおよび圧力表示装置を含み、前記圧力センサは圧力表示装置と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多段エアレーション発生装置。
- 前記同心管に流量検査装置が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多段エアレーション発生装置。
- 汚水処理方法であって、以下の
S1、空気を溶解ポンプに進入させ、廃水と混合する;
S2、混合した廃水、空気を請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の多段エアレーション発生装置でエアレーションし、微細気泡を生成して廃水液と混合する;
S3、混合した溶液を浮選槽に分散させ、ろ過および汚水処理を行う;を含む方法。 - 工程S2で混合した廃水、空気を請求項1〜6に記載の多段エアレーション発生装置に進入させ、微細気泡は数回のエアレーションで採取され、さらに繰り返し気泡をせん断して、微細気泡が生成され、廃水液と混合して白色溶液が形成される、請求項7に記載の汚水処理方法。
- 工程S3で混合した溶液を浮選槽に分散させ、ろ過および汚水処理を行う前に、微細気泡および廃水液が混合して形成させる白色溶液は、先に噴射装置を経過し、前記噴射装置に弁が設けられず、多すぎる急な水流を除去することができる、請求項7に記載の汚水処理方法。
- 前記噴射装置の中間に、溶解していない空気を放出する分離室が設置され、分離室の最上部の空気放出管は、限度を超えた浮遊気体および溶解していない気泡を排出し、分画質量に影響を及ぼすのを防止する、請求項9に記載の汚水処理方法。
