Claims (14)
- 第1電極層;第1電極層上に設けられる第1電気変色層;第1電気変色層上に設けられる電解質層;電解質層上に設けられる第2電気変色層;および第2電気変色層上に設けられる第2電極層を含む電気変色素子であって、
前記電気変色素子は、電解質層を挟んで互いに向き合う第1電気変色層および第2電気変色層のそれぞれの対向面にそれぞれ設けられた第1補助電極層および第2補助電極層を含み、
第1および第2補助電極層を第1電極層上にそれぞれ投影させた場合、第1および第2補助電極層で覆われた第1電極層の面積に基づいて、着色および脱色時に、透過率が調節されるように設けられた電気変色素子。 - 第1および第2補助電極層を第1電極層上にそれぞれ投影させた場合、投影前の第1電極層の面積に対する投影後の第1および第2補助電極層で覆われていない第1電極層の面積の比率である第1電極層の開口率に基づいて着色および脱色時に、電気変色素子の特定位置での透過率が調節されるように設けられた、請求項1に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記開口率が増加するほど透過率が増加し、前記開口率が低くなるほど透過率が減少する、請求項2に記載の電気変色素子。

- 前記電極部は幅が3mm以下であり、厚さが1mm以下である、請求項5に記載の電気変色素子。
- 第1および第2補助電極層は電解質層を基準として対称的に配列された、請求項1に記載の電気変色素子。
- 第1および第2補助電極層は電解質層を基準として非対称的に配列された、請求項1に記載の電気変色素子。
- 開口率は第1および第2補助電極層の線幅およびピッチにより決定される、請求項2に記載の電気変色素子。
- 第1電極層;第1電極層上に設けられる第1電気変色層;第1電気変色層上に設けられる電解質層;電解質層上に設けられる第2電気変色層;および第2電気変色層上に設けられる第2電極層を含む電気変色素子であって、
電解質層を挟んで互いに向き合う第1電極層および第2電極層のそれぞれの対向面にそれぞれ設けられた第1補助電極層および第2補助電極層を含み、
第1および第2補助電極層を第1電極層上にそれぞれ投影させた場合、第1および第2補助電極層で覆われた第1電極層の面積に基づいて、着色および脱色時に、透過率が調節されるように設けられた電気変色素子。
