Abstract
Description
95重量%のポリラクチドA、2.5重量%の二酸化チタン粒子および2.5重量%のコア−シェルゴムの混合物を、一軸スクリュー押出機上で、厚さ1.2mmの複製非気泡シートにする。押出成形されたシートは、それぞれ、ポリラクチド樹脂1グラムあたり10ジュール未満のポリラクチド結晶化度を含有する。
約80%のポリラクチドA、約10%のポリラクチドBおよび約10%のポリラクチドCの乾燥ブレンド混合物を、一軸スクリュー押出機上で1.3mmのシートへと押出成形する。押出成形されたシートは、シートをクエンチし、そして10J/g未満の結晶化度を維持するために35〜40℃に設定された冷却ロール上で形成される。
実施例2に記載された一般的な方法でポリラクチドシート試料を押出成形する。成分は、i)約80%のポリラクチドD;ii)8〜10%のポリラクチドB、iii)8〜10%のポリラクチドC、iv)2〜3%の二酸化チタン粉末およびv)0.2〜0.5%のエチレンビス(ステアリン酸アミド)である。この混合物は、実施例2の樹脂ブレンドよりも迅速に結晶するように配合される。
1.(a)対向する主要表面と、物理的発泡剤を含有する気体充てん気泡とを有するポリマーフォーム層、および(b)ポリマーフォーム層の上記対向する主要表面の少なくとも1つに密封付着された、少なくとも50重量%の1種以上のポリラクチド樹脂を含有する非気泡ポリラクチドシートを含む、フォーム断熱材構造。
Claims (20)
- (a)対向する主要表面と、物理的発泡剤を含有する気体充てん気泡とを有するポリマーフォーム層、および(b)前記ポリマーフォーム層の前記対向する主要表面の少なくとも1つに密封付着された、少なくとも50重量%の1種以上のポリラクチド樹脂を含有する非気泡ポリラクチドシートを含む、フォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記物理的発泡剤が、3〜8個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素;8個までの炭素原子を有するフルオロカーボン、ヒドロフルオロカーボン、フルオロクロロカーボンまたはヒドロフルオロクロロカーボン;8個までの炭素原子を有するヒドロハロオレフィン;および8個までの炭素原子を有するジアルキルエーテルの1種以上から選択される、請求項1に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記物理的発泡剤が、3〜8個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素を含む、請求項1に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記物理的発泡剤が、シクロペンタンを含む、請求項3に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記ポリマーフォームが、少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート、水および前記物理的発泡剤を含有するフォーム前駆体混合物の反応生成物である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記非気泡ポリラクチドシートが、前記ポリラクチド樹脂シート中のポリラクチド樹脂1グラムあたり10ジュール以下のポリラクチド結晶子を含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記非気泡ポリラクチドシートが、前記ポリラクチド樹脂シート中のポリラクチド樹脂1グラムあたり少なくとも25ジュールのポリラクチド結晶子を含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記非気泡ポリラクチドシートが、ポリラクチド結晶子を含有し、かつ前記ポリラクチド結晶子が、前記ポリラクチド樹脂と前記物理的発泡剤との共結晶を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記ポリラクチド樹脂が、衝撃変性されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記非気泡ポリラクチドシートが、0.5〜10mmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記非気泡ポリラクチドシートが、100℃において少なくとも50MPaの貯蔵弾性率を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 前記非気泡ポリラクチドシートが、前記ポリマーフォーム層のそれぞれの対向主要表面に密封付着されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 金属層が、前記ポリマーフォーム層の主要表面に密封付着されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- 製品キャビネットまたはドアの全体または一部を構成する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム断熱材構造。
- (1)少なくとも50重量%のポリラクチド樹脂を含有し、非気泡ポリラクチドシート中のポリラクチド樹脂1グラムあたり少なくとも25ジュールのポリラクチド結晶子を含有する非気泡ポリラクチドシートの表面に、少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート、水および物理的発泡剤を含有するフォーム前駆体混合物を適用すること、ならびに(2)前記非気泡ポリラクチドシートと接触させながら、前記フォーム前駆体混合物を硬化して、前記ポリラクチドシートに接着されたポリマーフォーム層を形成することを含むフォーム断熱材構造を製造する方法。
- 前記フォーム前駆体混合物が、前記非気泡ポリラクチドシート、または前記非気泡ポリラクチドシートおよび金属の層を含む多層構造によって形成された空洞中に分散され、そして前記空洞内で硬化され、前記非気泡ポリラクチドシートおよび前記金属層に接着したポリマーフォーム層が形成される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記フォーム断熱材構造が、製品キャビネットまたはドアの全体または一部を形成する、請求項15〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリラクチド樹脂と、3〜8個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素;4〜8個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルカン;8個までの炭素原子を有するフルオロカーボン、ヒドロフルオロカーボン、フルオロクロロカーボンまたはヒドロフルオロクロロカーボン;8個までの炭素原子を有するヒドロハロオレフィン;および8個までの炭素原子を有するジアルキルエーテルの1種以上から選択される化合物との共結晶を含有するポリラクチド物品。
- 前記化合物が、3〜8個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素を含む、請求項18に記載のポリラクチド物品。
- ポリラクチド樹脂を含有するポリラクチド物品中でポリラクチド樹脂と化合物との共結晶を製造する方法であって、3〜8個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素;8個までの炭素原子を有するフルオロカーボン、ヒドロフルオロカーボン、フルオロクロロカーボンまたはヒドロフルオロクロロカーボン;8個までの炭素原子を有するヒドロハロオレフィン;および8個までの炭素原子を有するジアルキルエーテルの1種以上から選択される化合物を、前記ポリラクチド物品の表面と接触させること、ならびに前記化合物を前記ポリラクチド物品中に拡散させ、前記共結晶を製造することを含む方法。
