Claims (12)
- 前記水溶液は、酸性溶液、中性溶液またはアルカリ溶液のうちで何れかひとつであることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の芳香族アミン系化合物が基質独立的に表面コーティングされたポリマー。
- 前記改質された基質表面の芳香族アミン系化合物が他の芳香族アミン系化合物と重合反応で重合されて高分子化されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の芳香族アミン系化合物が基質独立的に表面コーティングされたポリマー。
- 前記ポリマー基質は、ビード(bead)、平板(plate)、チューブ(tube)または球形のうちで何れか一つでなされた固形体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の芳香族アミン系化合物が基質独立的に表面コーティングされたポリマー。
- 前記改質された基質の表面にリンカー分子を利用して細胞、タンパク質、核酸または合成高分子を含む生化学的物質を固定させることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の芳香族アミン系化合物が基質独立的に表面コーティングされたポリマー。
- 前記水溶液は、酸性溶液、中性溶液またはアルカリ溶液のうちで何れかひとつであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の芳香族アミン系化合物が基質独立的に表面コーティングされたポリマーコーティング方法。
- 前記ポリマー基質は、ビード(bead)、平板(plate)、チューブ(tube)または球形のうちで何れか一つでなされた固形体であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の芳香族アミン系化合物が基質独立的に表面コーティングされたポリマーコーティング方法。
- 前記表面を改質する段階には、前記改質された基質表面の芳香族アミン系化合物が前記水溶液内の他の芳香族アミン系化合物と重合反応で重合されて高分子化されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の芳香族アミン系化合物が基質独立的に表面コーティングされたポリマーコーティング方法。
- 前記表面改質された基質の表面にリンカー分子を利用して細胞、タンパク質、核酸または合成高分子を含む生化学的物質を固定させることを特徴とす請求項8に記載のる芳香族アミン系化合物が基質独立的に表面コーティングされたポリマーコーティング方法。
