Claims (7)
- 3Dプリンターの下部に具備されて上部に向けて光を照射する光源(10)と、前記光源(10)の上部から一定の距離を置いて配置されるレンズと、前記レンズの上部に具備されるLCDパネル(30)と、前記LCDパネル(30)の上部に具備されて液状の成形材料(40a)を保存する保存容器(40)と、前記保存容器(40)の上部に具備されて成形製品(50)を積層するビルドプレート(60)と、前記ビルドプレート(60)の上部に具備されて上下に昇降する昇降部材(70)を含んで成る3Dプリンターにおいて、
前記光源(10)とLCDパネル(30)の間に、光の照射角度を狭めるメニスカスレンズ(Meniscus Lens)(80)が上に突き出して具備され、または凸レンズが具備されることを特徴とするLCD方式3Dプリンター。 - 前記メニスカスレンズ(80)または凸レンズとLCDパネル(30)の間に、フレネルレンズ(Fresnel Lens)(20)が更に具備されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLCD方式3Dプリンター。
- 前記光源(10)は、紫外線LEDで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLCD方式3Dプリンター。
- 前記光源(10)の上部に集光レンズが更に具備されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLCD方式3Dプリンター。
- 前記光源(10)の下部にヒートシンク(Heat Sink)(90)が更に具備されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLCD方式3Dプリンター。
- 前記ヒートシンク(90)の下部に冷却ファン(100)が更に具備されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のLCD方式3Dプリンター。
- 前記液状の成形材料(40a)は、光硬化液状樹脂から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLCD方式3Dプリンター。
