Claims (15)
- 押出ハウジング内に収容されたプリズムスタック内に配置された複数の電気化学セルと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記プリズムスタックのエッジを取り囲むカプセル材料と、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリモジュール。 - 前記プリズムスタックは、相互に面接触する前記セルの複数のポーチを含み、前記セル間に金属タブヒートシンクを有さない請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記カプセル材料は、前記ハウジングの内壁およびセルエッジに直接接触し、
前記セルエッジは、前記ハウジングの内側壁に直接接触せず、
整列したスタックの全てのエッジは、前記カプセル材料によって前記ハウジングの前記内側壁から離間している請求項1または2に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - プリズムスタックに配置される複数の電気化学セルと、
モジュールから離れて過剰な熱を向けるように構成された前記複数の電気化学セルを収容する押出ハウジングと、
前記押出ハウジング内に配置され、前記モジュールから前記過剰の熱を受けるように構成されたシリコーンカプセル材料と、
前記押出ハウジングに取り外し可能に結合されたフロントカバーパネルと、を含み、
前記シリコーンカプセル材料は、前記電気化学セルの前記プリズムスタックを実質的に取り囲むことを特徴とするバッテリモジュール。 - 前記複数の電気化学セルは、その間に配置されるヒートシンクコンポーネントを含まない請求項4に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記シリコーンカプセル材料は、3.0〜5.0の範囲の誘電率を有する請求項4または5に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記押出ハウジングは、前記押出ハウジングの上面及び各側面に沿って、複数の放熱突出部を含む請求項4ないし6のいずれかに記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 固体金属のアルミニウム外部筐体と、
前記固体外部筐体内に配置された複数のプリズム電気化学セルと、
1つ以上のプリズム電気化学セルに通信可能に結合された電子回路基板と、
前記固体外部筐体の内部に配置され、バッテリモジュール内から熱を受け取り、消散するように構成されたシリコーンカプセル材料と、
前記固体外部筐体に取り外し可能に結合されたフロントカバーパネルと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリモジュール。 - 前記1つ以上のプリズム電気化学セルは、ヒートシンクコンポーネントを含まない請求項8に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記シリコーンカプセル材料は、3.0〜5.0の範囲の誘電率を有する請求項8または9に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記固体外部筐体は、前記固体外部筐体の上面および各側面に沿って、複数の放熱突出部を含む請求項8ないし10のいずれかに記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 1つ以上のバッテリモジュールと、
前記1つ以上のバッテリモジュールを十分に取り囲むように構成されたハウジングと、
バッテリパック内から電気機器に電荷を供給するように構成された1つ以上の外部配置の電気接続ポートと、を含むバッテリパックであって、
前記1つ以上のバッテリモジュールは、
プリズムスタックに配置された複数の電気化学セルと、
前記モジュールから離れて過剰な熱を向けるように構成された前記複数の電気化学セルを収容する押出ハウジングと、
前記モジュールから前記過剰な熱を受け取り、押出ハウジング内に配置されたシリコーンカプセル材料と、
前記押出ハウジングに取り外し可能に結合されたフロントカバーパネルと、を含み
前記シリコーンカプセル材料は、前記電気化学セルの前記プリズムスタックを実質的に取り囲むことを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記複数の電気化学セルは、その間に配置されたヒートシンクコンポーネントを含まない、請求項12に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記シリコーンカプセル材料は、3.0〜5.0の範囲の誘電率を有する請求項13に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記押出ハウジングは、前記押出部ハウジングの上面および各側面に沿って、複数の放熱突出を含む請求項14に記載のバッテリパック。
