Claims (15)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互積層される複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケース内で前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分を少なくとも部分的にカバーするように充填されるサーマルレジンと、
前記モジュールケースの一側に形成された、前記サーマルレジンの充填のための少なくとも一つのレジン注入孔と、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーセルを冷却するために前記モジュールケースの一側に取り付けられ、前記モジュールケースを介して前記サーマルレジンと対向して配置されるヒートシンクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記レジン注入孔は、
前記モジュールケースの一側中央に複数個が備えられ、
前記複数個のレジン注入孔は、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードよりも高い位置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースには、
前記少なくとも一つのレジン注入孔と前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分とを連結するレジン充填流路が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースの一側に形成され、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分と同一線上に配置される少なくとも一つの充填確認孔を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記充填確認孔は、複数個が備えられ、
前記複数個の充填確認孔は、前記少なくとも一つのレジン注入孔を間に置いて対向して配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースの他側内壁に備えられ、少なくとも一つの支持ストッパーが突出形成される射出プレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの支持ストッパーは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分に向けて所定の長さで突出し、前記サーマルレジンと接触することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記射出プレートは、透明な材質で設けられることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースの他側に形成され、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分及び前記支持ストッパーと同一線上に配置される少なくとも一つの充填確認孔を含むことを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの支持ストッパーには、
前記サーマルレジンが充填可能な所定の長さの内部中空が形成されることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記内部中空は、
前記少なくとも一つの充填確認孔と同一線上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記内部中空には、
前記サーマルレジンの充填高さを確認するためのレベリングラインが形成されることを特徴とする請求項11または請求項12に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互積層される複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを冷却するためのヒートシンクと、
前記ヒートシンクが一側に装着され、前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの内側で前記ヒートシンクと対向して配置され、前記モジュールケース内で前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分を少なくとも部分的にカバーするように充填されるサーマルレジンと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。
