・材料を収容するためのスペースを形成するとともに、搬入部及び搬出部に接続されている、細長い回転管、この回転管は、その長さの少なくとも一部にわたって加熱分解の間に形成される熱分解ガスを排出するための出口開口部を有する円筒形壁面に設けられており、及び
・外部から遮断されており、かつ少なくとも部分的に回転管を取り囲むハウジングであって、該ハウジングは、搬入部のための開口部、及びまた任意選択的に搬出部のための開口部を有し、かつ熱分解ガスのための排出ラインを有するものである。
Claims (6)
- 炭素繊維及び/又はガラス繊維の強化材を有する複合材料をリサイクルするための設備(4)であって、前記強化材は、複合材料を形成するマトリックスとともに、マトリックス内に含有されており、前記設備(4)は、第一ゾーン(1)、第二ゾーン(2)、及び第三ゾーン(3)に区分された水平型反応器(5)を備え、これら3つのゾーンは、密閉性であり、かつ独立しており、相互に一列に並んでおり、かつ先行ゾーンでプロセスが終了したときに限って、リサイクルすべき複合材料を先行ゾーンから次のゾーンへと通過させる各分離ゲート(6)によって相互に隔てられており、第一ゾーン(1)はさらに、複合材料を取り込むための取り込みゲート(7)と、複合材料を回転させるための回転機構(9)と、マトリックスの分解により発生するガスのための第一のガス排出手段(8)とを備え、第二ゾーン(2)は、エアインジェクタ(10)と、マトリックス残渣と反応する空気によって発生するガスのための第二のガス排出手段(11)とを備え、第三ゾーン(3)は、強化材料のための出口ゲート(12)と、強化材料を冷却するための冷却手段とを備えることを特徴とする、設備(4)。
- 第一ゾーン(1)から第二ゾーン(2)へと、生成する複合材を通過させるための駆動機構を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の、炭素繊維及び/又はガラス繊維の強化材を有する複合材料をリサイクルするための設備(4)。
- 第二ゾーン(2)から第三ゾーン(3)へと、生成する材料を通過させるための駆動機構を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の、炭素繊維及び/又はガラス繊維の強化材を有する複合材料をリサイクルするための設備(4)。
- 第三ゾーン(3)の冷却手段が、水の通過により冷却されるコイル(13)によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の、炭素繊維及び/又はガラス繊維の強化材を有する複合材料をリサイクルするための設備(4)。
- 水平型反応器(5)が、少なくともその内部表面に、アルミニウム製のシェル(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の、炭素繊維及び/又はガラス繊維の強化材を有する複合材料をリサイクルするための設備(4)。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の設備(4)によって、炭素繊維及び/又はガラス繊維の強化材を有する複合材料をリサイクルする方法であって、
・熱分解から成る第一フェーズ、ここで複合材料は、水平型反応器(5)から独立した密閉性の第一ゾーン(1)に入り、この第一ゾーン(1)で複合材料は、連続的な回転運動を伴いながら、制御された雰囲気のもと、酸素の不存在下で、500〜700℃に含まれる温度に加熱され、
・この第一フェーズでは、マトリックスは燃焼せずに熱分解し、マトリックスの分解によりガスの放出が生じ、この第一フェーズから生じる複合材は、強化材料と、マトリックス残渣との組み合わせであり、
・第一フェーズから生じる材料の気化から成る第二フェーズ、ここで第一ゾーン(1)で行われたプロセスが終了すると、生成する材料は、水平型反応器(5)から独立している密閉性の第二ゾーン(2)に入り、この第二ゾーン(2)では、材料を固定された位置に保ちながら、生成する複合材が500〜700℃に含まれる温度に加熱されると同時に、空気の取り込みが行われ、
・この第二フェーズに導入される空気は、マトリックス残渣と反応し、該反応によってガスの放出が生じ、この第二フェーズから生じる材料は、強化材料であり、及び
・第二ゾーン(2)で行われたプロセスが終了したときの、第三フェーズ、該第三フェーズは、強化材料が、水平型反応器(5)から独立している密閉性の第三ゾーン(3)に入ることから成り、この第三ゾーン(3)では、冷却手段による強化材料の冷却が行われる、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
