Abstract
Η εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με μία εγκατάσταση (4) για την ανακύκλωση σύνθετων υλικών, η οποία αποτελείται από έναν οριζόντιο αντιδραστήρα (5) με μία πρώτη ζώνη(1), δεύτερη ζώνη (2) και τρίτη ζώνη (3), οι οποίες είναι στεγανές και ανεξάρτητες, οι οποίες έχουν ευθυγραμμιστεί και χωρίζονται μεταξύ τους μέσω πυλών οι οποίες επιτρέπουν τη διέλευση του σύνθετου υλικού που προορίζεται για ανακύκλωση μόνο όταν η διαδικασία έχει ολοκληρωθεί σε μία προηγούμενη ζώνη. Η πρώτη ζώνη (1) αποτελείται από έναν μηχανισμό περιστροφής (9) για την περιστροφή του υλικού και τα μέσα εξόδου αερίων (8). Η δεύτερη ζώνη (2) αποτελείται από εγχυτήρες αέρα (10) και μέσα εξόδου αερίων (11). Η τρίτη ζώνη (3) αποτελείται από ψυκτικά μέσα. Η εφεύρεση σχετίζεται επίσης με μία μέθοδο ανακύκλωσης σύνθετων υλικών η οποία συνίσταται σε μία πρώτη φάση πυρόλυσης, μία δεύτερη φάση αεριοποίησης για την αεριοποίηση του υλικού που προκύπτει από την πρώτη φάση και μία τρίτη φάση ψύξης για την ψύξη του υλικού ενίσχυσης.
