Claims (14)
- 乳がんを治療する方法における使用のための接着性間質細胞(ASC)であって、前記ASCが胎盤組織に起源する、ASC。
- 前記ASCが3次元(3D)培養から取得されている、請求項1に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記3D培養が、前記3D培養の過程の間中、組成が変えられない培地を利用する、請求項2に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記3D培養のインキュベーション培地に、1以上の炎症促進性サイトカインが添加される、請求項2に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記3D培養が:(a)ASCを3D培養装置中、第一の増殖培地であって、炎症性サイトカインが添加されていない、前記第一の増殖培地中でインキュベートすること;及び、(b)その後、前記ASCを3D培養装置中、第二の増殖培地であって、前記1以上の炎症促進性サイトカインが添加されている、前記第二の増殖培地中でインキュベートすること、を含む、請求項4に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記1以上の炎症促進性サイトカインが腫瘍壊死因子アルファ(TNF−α)又はインターフェロン・ガンマ(IFN−ガンマ)を含む、請求項4に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記3D培養が、3Dバイオリアクターを含む装置中で行われる、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記3D培養が、線維性ベッドマトリクスを含む装置中で行われ、前記繊維性ベッドマトリクスが合成接着性材料を含む、請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記ASCが、前記3D培養に先立って、2D接着性細胞培養装置中でインキュベートされている、請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記ASCが少なくとも主に母体細胞である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記ASCが少なくとも主に胎児細胞である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記乳がんが三重陰性である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記ASCが全身に投与される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の、使用のためのASC。
- 前記ASCが腫瘍内に投与される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の、使用のためのASC。
