Claims (10)
- 第1の流体を導くための少なくとも一つの第1の流体流路と、第2の流体を導くための少なくとも一つの第2の流体流路とを備えた熱交換器、特に水空気熱交換器又は油水熱交換器であって、
前記少なくとも一つの第1の流体流路が、流体受入容積に、特に、出口側で接続され、前記流体受入容積が電気加熱コーティング(13)を備えている、熱交換器。 - 前記流体受入容積が、流体受入容器(14)、特にオイル受入容器によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流体受入容積が、接続パイプ、特に出口パイプ(12)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。
- タービュレータが、好ましくは電気加熱コーティング(13)の近くに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流体受入容積が、集合箱(16)又は集合パイプ(水空気熱交換器のものが好ましい)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流体受入容積が、前記熱交換器の一体化した構成部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流体受入容積が、前記熱交換器の他の構成部品に取り付け可能な、又は取り付けられた別個のモジュールによって提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記電気加熱コーティング(13)が、低電圧域で作動するように設計される、好ましくは、12ボルト、24ボルト、又は48ボルト用に設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 第1の流体を導くための少なくとも一つの第1の流体流路と、第2の流体を導くための第2の流体流路とを提供するステップを含む、熱交換器、特に、水空気熱交換器又は油水熱交換器を製造するための方法であって、前記少なくとも一つの第1の流体流路が、流体受入容積に、特に、出口側で接続され、前記流体受入容積が、電気加熱コーティング(13)を備えている、方法。
- 水空気熱交換器又は油水熱交換器としての、特に自動車の内燃機関用の、特に請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器、好ましくは、請求項9に従って製造された熱交換器の使用。
