Abstract
Description
本出願は、その開示全体があらゆる目的のために参照により本明細書に組み込まれる、2015年12月31日に提出された米国仮特許出願第62/273680号に基づく優先権を主張する。
透明な非油展スチレンブタジエンゴム100gを無水トルエン2Lに溶解する。この溶液に、−20〜+100℃のTg及び400〜950DaのMnを有する樹脂37gを添加する。完成した溶液を1時間撹拌し、溶媒を蒸発によって除去し、次いで、残りの塊を一定重量になるまで1トルの真空中50℃の高温で乾燥させる。得られたポリマー樹脂混合物を、その後の化合物処方に使用する。表1は、ポリマー及び樹脂並びにそれらの組み合わせの詳細を提供する。樹脂伸展ポリマーを調製する他の方法論は、例えば、樹脂及び100℃未満の沸点を有する適切な溶媒の溶液をスチレンブタジエンゴム及び有機溶媒(例えば、シクロヘキサン)を含む溶液と接触させて混合物を形成することを伴い得る。その後、混合物を熱水に注ぎ入れて有機溶媒を除去してポリマー樹脂成分を凝固させることができる。次いで、凝固したポリマー−樹脂成分を水から分離し、乾燥させることができる。
硬化時間=T90(ISO6502−1999に従ってMDRにより測定)+化合物の厚さ1mm毎に追加の2分。

Claims (20)
- ゴム化合物をエクステンダー化合物と組み合わせて混合物を製造するステップと;
前記混合物を乾燥させて乾燥混合物を製造するステップと;
前記混合物を成形するステップと
を含む、成形ゴム組成物を調製する方法であって、前記エクステンダー化合物が、−70℃〜約120℃のガラス転移温度及び50mgKOH/g以下の酸価を有する天然又は炭化水素樹脂を含み、前記混合物が、粒子又はベールに成形される、方法。 - 前記天然又は炭化水素樹脂が、脂肪族炭化水素樹脂、芳香族樹脂、環状脂肪族樹脂、テルペン樹脂、オリゴエステル、ロジン及び/又はロジンエステルであり、前記成形が、粒子又はベールを製造する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記天然又は炭化水素樹脂が、α−メチルスチレン樹脂、テルペン樹脂、オリゴエステル、ロジン、ロジンエステル又はそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂が天然起源のものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ゴム組成物が粒子状形態である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 粒子状形態が、小粒子に粉砕され、顆粒若しくはフレークに成形される、又はブロックに成形される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記天然又は炭化水素樹脂が、400〜2000ダルトン(Mw)の範囲の分子量及び−10〜100℃のガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記天然又は炭化水素樹脂が、1〜75phrの範囲の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 追加のエクステンダー化合物を除外する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記天然又は炭化水素樹脂が脂肪族炭化水素樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記天然又は炭化水素樹脂が芳香族樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記天然又は炭化水素樹脂が、テルペン、二環式テルペン、単環式テルペン、δ−2−カレン、δ−3−カレン、ジペンテン、リモネン、ミルセン、β−フェランドレン、α−ピネン、β−ピネン、α−テルピネン、γ−テルピネン又はテルピノレンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記天然又は炭化水素樹脂が、オリゴテルペン樹脂、テルペン炭化水素樹脂、テルペンフェノール樹脂、スチレン化テルペン又はそれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記天然又は炭化水素樹脂がロジンエステルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ロジンエステルが、ロジンと多価フェノールのエステルである、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ゴム化合物がスチレンブタジエン共重合体を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のゴム組成物に、硬化助剤、加工添加剤、充填剤、顔料、補強材又はそれらの混合物を含む添加剤を配合することによって調製されるタイヤゴム組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の方法によって得られる成形ゴム組成物。
- ゴム化合物及びエクステンダー化合物を配合するステップを含む、タイヤゴム組成物を調製する方法であって、前記エクステンダー化合物が、約−10℃以上のガラス転移温度及び50mgKOH/g以下の酸価を有する天然又は炭化水素樹脂を含み、前記エクステンダー化合物が約20phrより多い量で存在する、方法。
- a)ゴム化合物をエクステンダー化合物と組み合わせて混合物を製造することを含む、成形ゴム組成物を調製するステップであって、前記エクステンダー化合物が、約−10℃以上のガラス転移温度及び50mgKOH/g以下の酸価を有する天然又は炭化水素樹脂を含む、ステップと;
b)前記混合物を乾燥させて乾燥混合物を製造するステップと;
c)前記混合物を粒子に成形するステップと;
d)前記粒子をタイヤ構成要素に成型し、前記成型した粒子を硬化するステップと
を含む、タイヤを製造する方法。
