硬化促進剤:ジブチルスズジラウレート(BASF社製)
UV吸収剤:ヒンダードアミン光安定剤(BASF社製)
混合溶剤:n−ブチルアセテート、メチルエチルケトン、ジブチルケトン(溶剤の全重量100部基準重量比=6:3:1)
黒色調色剤:カーボンブラック
硬化剤:ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)、水酸基価50mg KOH/g
−30×40cmブリキにIWATA 61 gunで往復2回塗装し、塗装時の塗料組成物の霧化程度、平滑性程度および塗膜の肉盛り性を比較した。
−プラスチック素地に塗料組成物を塗装してから、70℃の条件で30分間乾燥させた後、塗膜表面の気泡、異物、斑点、溝および平滑性の程度を比較した。
−ASTM D3359のテープ付着性試験法により、1mm×1mmスケール100個のうちテープ付着性試験の後に剥離された部分の程度を観察した。
−40℃の恒温槽に形成された塗膜を10日間沈積した後、付着試験および外観評価を行った。
−規定された薬品(日焼け止めクリーム、アセトン)に対して500gの荷重で10回ラビングを行い、塗膜の変色程度を測定した。
−キセノンウェザーメータ試験機を用いて、1050kJのエネルギーを加えた後、塗膜の外観、色差、付着性を比較した。
Claims (5)
- 組成物の合計100重量部に対して、ポリエステル樹脂25〜30重量部、アクリルポリオール樹脂35〜40重量部、調色剤10〜20重量部、UV吸収剤0.5〜2重量部および溶剤10〜25重量部を含む、内蔵部品用ハイグロシ塗料組成物。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂は、重量平均分子量が1,500〜2,000であり、水酸基価が130〜145mg KOH/gである、請求項1に記載の内蔵部品用ハイグロシ塗料組成物。
- 前記アクリルポリオール樹脂は、重量平均分子量が12,000〜15,000であり、水酸基価が50〜80mg KOH/gである、請求項1に記載の内蔵部品用ハイグロシ塗料組成物。
- 前記調色剤は、カーボンブラック、黄色酸化鉄、酸化チタン、フタロシアニンブルー、フタロシアニングリーン、キナクリドンレッドおよびペリレンレッドからなる群から選択される1種以上である、請求項1に記載の内蔵部品用ハイグロシ塗料組成物。
- 硬化促進剤、湿潤剤およびポットライフ遅延剤からなる群から選択される1種以上の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の内蔵部品用ハイグロシ塗料組成物。
