Claims (13)
- 以下を含むデバイス;
飲料を入れるコンテナーのキャップ上の取り外し可能なケースユニットであって、キャップがコンテナーから少なくとも部分的に取り外される際、ケースユニットは、キャップに附属したままであるように設計されている、
ケースユニット内にあるシグナル発生ユニット、
コンテナー内の飲料レベルを検知するケースユニット内にある最初のセンサー、
及び
ケースユニット内にあるコントローラーであって、コントローラーは、最初のセンサーからのコンテナー内の飲料のレベルの検知を受け取り少なくともコンテナー内の飲料の様子に基づいてシグナル発生ユニットを活性化するように設定されている。 - 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、ケースユニットがさらにコンテナーのキャップ上でフィットするように形成されている、デバイス。
- 請求項1または2に記載のデバイスであって、ケースユニットがコンテナーのキャップの上で回して閉じるように設計されている、デバイス。
- さらにケースユニットに附属される底カバーを有している請求項1〜3のいづれか一に記載のデバイスであって、シグナル発生ユニット、最初のセンサー、コントローラーがケースユニットと底カバーの間に配置されている、デバイス。
- 請求項4に記載のデバイスであって、底カバーが凹み部分を有し、ケースユニットがコンテナーのキャップ上で閉じているときに凹み部分がキャップのノズルに揃えて配置されるよう設計されている、デバイス。
- さらにケースユニット内にプリント回路基板を有する請求項1〜5のいづれか一に記載のデバイスであって、少なくともコントローラーとシグナル発生ユニットがプリント回路基板上に置かれている、デバイス。
- さらにコンテナーのキャップ上でのケースユニットの開閉を感知するためにケースユニット内にある第2のセンサーを含む、請求項1〜6のいづれか一に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1〜7のいづれか一に記載のデバイスであって、さらに環境条件を感知するためにケースユニット内にある第3のセンサーを有し、環境条件の様子を第3のセンサーから受け取るようコントローラーが設定されており、環境条件の様子に少なくとも基づいてシグナル発生ユニットの活性を変更するようにコントローラーが設定されている、デバイス。
- さらにコントローラーに関連した通信ユニットを有する請求項1〜8のいづれか一に記載のデバイスであって、コントローラーは、通信ユニットを介してユーザーのデバイスと通信するように設定されている、デバイス。
- 請求項1〜9のいづれか一に記載のデバイスであって、最初のセンサーは、光学センサー、静電容量センサー、超音波センサーから選択されている、デバイス。
- 請求項1〜10のいづれか一に記載のデバイスであって、シグナル発生ユニットは、オーディオユニット、発光源、振動ユニットから選択されている、デバイス。
- さらにバッテリーを保持するよう設計され、そのコントローラーを操作するために電気的に接続されているバッテリーホルダーを有する請求項1〜11のいづれか一に記載のデバイスであって、バッテリーホルダーはケースに附属している、デバイス。
- さらにバッテリーを有する請求項12に記載のデバイス。
