Claims (12)
- 飲料のような物質を保管するためのコンテナーであって、前記コンテナーの首の部分の開口部を閉じるためにキャップが取り付けられている前記コンテナーの内部の飲料のレベルを測定するためのデバイスであり、
前記キャップに取り外しが可能な状態で取り付けることができるケースユニットであって、前記キャップが前記コンテナーから少なくとも部分的に取り外される際に、前記キャップに装着したままになるように構成され、前記ケースユニットに装着されている底カバーを覆うように前記キャップに取り付けられる前記ケースユニットと、
前記ケースユニットに設置されるシグナル発生ユニットと、
前記コンテナーの内部の飲料のレベルを感知するために前記ケースユニットに設置される第1のセンサーと、
前記ケースユニットに設置されるコントローラーであって、前記第1のセンサーから前記コンテナーの内部の飲料のレベルに関する信号を受け取るように構成されていると共に、前記コンテナーの内部の飲料のレベルの少なくとも1つの前記信号に基づいて前記シグナル発生ユニットを稼働させるように構成されている前記コントローラーと、を備える、デバイス。 - 前記ケースユニットが前記コンテナーに取り付けられている前記キャップに適合するように形成されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ケースユニットが前記コンテナーに取り付けられている前記キャップをしっかりと固定するように設計されている、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記シグナル発生ユニット、前記第1のセンサーおよび前記コントローラーが前記ケースユニットと前記底カバーの間に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記底カバーは、凹み部分を有し、
前記ケースユニットが前記コンテナーに設置されている前記キャップに取り付けられる際に、前記底カバーの前記凹む部分が前記キャップのノズルと適合するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ケースユニットに設置されるプリント回路基板をさらに備え、
少なくとも前記コントローラーと前記シグナル発生ユニットとが前記プリント回路基板に取り付けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ケースユニットに設置され、前記ケースユニットに取り付けられる前記キャップの前記コンテナーからの開閉を感知する第2のセンサーをさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ケースユニット上に設置され、環境条件を感知する第3のセンサーをさらに備え、
前記コントローラーは、前記第3のセンサーからの環境条件に関する信号を受け取るように構成されると共に、環境条件に関する少なくとも1つの前記信号に基づいて前記シグナル発生ユニットの稼働状況を変更できるように構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記コントローラーに関連した通信ユニットをさらに備え、
前記コントローラーは、前記通信ユニットを介してユーザーのデバイスと通信するように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第1のセンサーは、光学センサー、静電容量センサーおよび超音波センサーのいずれかである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記シグナル発生ユニットは、オーディオユニット、発光源および振動ユニットのいずれかである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記コントローラーと電気的に接続され、前記コントローラーに電力を供給するバッテリーと、
前記バッテリーを保持できるように構成され、前記ケースユニットに取り付けられるバッテリーホルダーと、をさらに備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
