Claims (12)
- 太陽電池パネルと、
支持部分及び接続部分を有する取付部材であって、前記支持部分が前記太陽電池パネルを固定する構成であり、前記接続部分が前記取付部材を支持梁上に固定する構成である、取付部材と、
を備える太陽電池アセンブリにおいて、
前記支持部分が前記太陽電池パネルの裏側に配置され、前記接続部分が前記支持部分の一縁部から前記太陽電池パネルに平行な方向に沿って延び、前記接続部分が前記太陽電池パネルのカバー領域の外側に位置し、前記接続部分には取付孔が形成されている、
太陽電池アセンブリ。 - 複数の取付部材が前記太陽電池パネルの両側にそれぞれ配置されている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記支持部分がプラットフォーム面を有し、前記太陽電池パネルの裏側と結合する構成である接着層が、前記プラットフォーム面上に配置される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記支持部分が、穴が中に形成された中空方形管として構成され、前記中空方形管の上面は前記プラットフォーム面として構成される、請求項3に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記接続部分が平板として構成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記接続部分の下面が前記支持部分の下面と同一面上にある、請求項4又は5に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記接続部分の下面のある第1平面が、前記支持部分の下面のある第2平面より高く位置し、前記第1平面と前記第2平面との間の距離が前記接続部分の厚さに等しい、請求項4又は5に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記取付部材が、前記支持部分と前記接続部分との間に配置された制限部分をさらに備え、前記太陽電池パネルの1側部が前記制限部分と当接する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記制限部分の支持部分から離れる側の一端には、折曲部分が形成されており、前記折曲部分が前記太陽電池パネルに対向し、前記折曲部分が前記支持部分の上面と平行である、請求項8に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 前記取付孔が腰形状孔として構成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池アセンブリ。
- 支持梁及び請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アセンブリを備える太陽電池モジュールであって、前記支持梁が前記太陽電池アセンブリの裏側に位置し、前記太陽電池アセンブリが前記取付部材を介して前記支持梁に固定される、太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記支持梁上に並んで配置される複数の太陽電池アセンブリがあり、前記複数の太陽電池アセンブリが、第1太陽電池アセンブリ及び前記第1太陽電池アセンブリに隣接する第2太陽電池アセンブリを備え、前記第1太陽電池アセンブリが第1取付部材を備え、前記第2太陽電池アセンブリが第2取付部材を含み、
前記第1取付部材が第1支持部分及び第1接続部分を含み、前記第1接続部分には第1取付孔が形成されており、前記第1接続部分の下面が前記第1支持部分の下面と同一面上にあり、
前記第2取付部材が第2支持部分及び第2接続部分を含み、前記第2接続部分には第2取付孔が形成されており、前記第2接続部分の下面のある第1平面が、前記第2支持部分の下面のある第2平面より高く位置し、前記第1平面と前記第2平面との間の距離は、前記第1接続部分の厚さに等しく、
前記第1接続部分が前記第2接続部分の底部に位置して前記第2接続部分と重なり合い、前記第1取付孔と前記第2取付孔とが重なり合い、ボルトが前記第2取付孔と前記第1取付孔とを順次貫通して前記支持梁に接続される、
