Claims (8)
- 引き出し式のサンプルラックの出し入れを行なうためのラック挿入口を一側面に有する筐体と、
前記筐体の内部に設けられ、前記ラック挿入口から挿入されたサンプルラックを収容して当該サンプルラックに搭載されたサンプルの温調を行なうための温調空間と、
前記温調空間内の空気を吸気するための吸気部、前記吸気部から取り込まれた空気を前記温調空間に収容された前記サンプルラックへ向かって送風するためのファン、及び前記吸気部から吸気された空気の経路上で当該空気を冷却するように設けられた冷却素子を有する空気温調部と、を備え、
前記空気温調部は、前記サンプルラックが前記温調空間から引き出されたときに前記ラック挿入口付近を流れる空気の量を、前記サンプルラックが前記温調空間に収容されているときよりも少なくし、前記ラック挿入口を介した空気の流入を抑制するように構成されている装置。 - 前記空気温調部は、前記サンプルラックが前記温調空間から引き出されたときにのみ、前記送風部から送風される空気を前記ラック挿入口よりも高い位置へ上昇させるように機能する上昇ガイドを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記空気温調部は、前記サンプルラックが前記温調空間に挿入されている状態において、前記サンプルラックの下面と前記温調空間の床面との間に形成された隙間に冷却された空気を送風し、前記サンプルラックが前記温調空間から引き出された状態において、前記ラック挿入口よりも高い位置に冷却された空気を送風するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記サンプルラックは前記空気温調部側の端部に導風板を有し、
前記空気温調部は前記ファンの送風口側にフードを有し、
前記サンプルラックが前記温調空間に挿入されている状態において、前記フードと前記導風板とが当接することによって、前記ファンからの空気を前記サンプルラックの下面と前記温調空間の床面との間に形成された隙間へ導くための経路が形成され、
前記サンプルラックが前記温調空間から引き出された状態において、前記フードと前記導風板とが離間することによって、前記ファンからの空気を前記上昇ガイドによって上方向へ導くための経路が形成されるように構成されている、請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記空気温調部の前記ファンの動作制御を行なうための風量制御部であって、前記サンプルラックが前記収容空間から引き出されたときの前記ファンの風量を、前記サンプルラックが前記温調空間に収容されているときよりも低減させるように構成されている風量制御部を備えている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記温調空間外の空気を略直接的に前記空気温調部の前記吸気部へ導くための外気取込部をさらに備えている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 引き出し式のサンプルラックの出し入れを行なうためのラック挿入口を一側面に有する筐体と、
前記筐体の内部に設けられ、前記ラック挿入口から挿入されたサンプルラックを収容して当該サンプルラックに搭載されたサンプルの温調を行なうための温調空間と、
前記温調空間内の空気を吸気するための吸気部、前記前記吸気部から取り込まれた空気を前記温調空間に収容された前記サンプルラックへ向かって送風するためのファン、及び前記吸気部から吸気された空気の経路上で当該空気を冷却するように設けられた冷却素子を有する空気温調部と、
前記温調空間外の空気を略直接的に前記空気温調部の前記吸気部へ導くための外気取込部と、を備え、
前記外気取込部から導入された空気の圧力により前記ラック挿入口を介した空気の流入を抑制するように構成されている装置。 - 前記装置は液体クロマトグラフ用のオートサンプラである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
