Description
車両の電力供給経路が複数の系統別経路に分岐され、該各系統別経路の途中にそれぞれ設けられたメインの半導体スイッチング素子の導通及び非導通の状態が、メインのコントローラの制御により切り替えられるメインの電力分配ボックスと、
前記各系統別経路が複数の負荷別経路にさらに分岐され、該各負荷別経路の途中にそれぞれ設けられたサブの半導体スイッチング素子の通過電流が、サブのコントローラにより前記メインのコントローラに伝送され、前記通過電流に基づいて前記メインのコントローラにより検出された前記負荷別経路の過電流状態の通知を受けた前記サブのコントローラが実行する遮断処理により、前記サブの半導体スイッチング素子が導通状態から非導通状態に切り替えられる複数のサブの電力分配ボックスと、
を有する。

Claims (4)
- 車両の電力供給経路が複数の系統別経路に分岐され、該各系統別経路の途中にそれぞれ設けられたメインの半導体スイッチング素子の導通及び非導通の状態が、メインのコントローラの制御により切り替えられるメインの電力分配ボックスと、
前記各系統別経路が複数の負荷別経路にさらに分岐され、該各負荷別経路の途中にそれぞれ設けられたサブの半導体スイッチング素子の通過電流が、サブのコントローラにより前記メインのコントローラに伝送され、前記通過電流に基づいて前記メインのコントローラにより検出された前記負荷別経路の過電流状態の通知を受けた前記サブのコントローラが実行する遮断処理により、前記サブの半導体スイッチング素子が導通状態から非導通状態に切り替えられる複数のサブの電力分配ボックスと、
を有する車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記サブの半導体スイッチング素子は、前記各負荷別経路の途中にそれぞれ設けられたインテリジェントパワーデバイスの半導体スイッチング素子で構成されており、前記メインのコントローラは、前記インテリジェントパワーデバイスが監視する該インテリジェントパワーデバイスの半導体スイッチング素子の通過電流から算出した該半導体スイッチング素子のエネルギ蓄積量が判定値を超えると、前記負荷別経路の過電流状態を検出し前記サブのコントローラに通知する請求項1記載の車両用電力供給システム。
- 前記判定値は、前記サブの半導体スイッチング素子の通過電流が基準値よりも高い場合に、前記遮断処理の実行よりも早い時点で、前記サブの半導体スイッチング素子をオン抵抗増加による過熱防止のために導通状態から非導通状態に切り替える自己保護処理が実行される値に設定されている請求項2記載の車両用電力供給システム。
- 前記車両は、互いに同期して通電されて動作する同一用途の負荷を複数有しており、互いに異なる前記サブの電力分配ボックスの前記負荷別経路に、前記同一用途の負荷が分散してそれぞれ接続されている請求項1、2又は3記載の車両用電力供給システム。
